It’s too late to see all bad reviews of this this company.My ordered $500 and change my mind to cancel right after order but no way to contact to them by email or anyway.this’s scams.and customer service is suck they ignored my email.only time they respond my email about shipment inf but they can’t really help at all about delivery.just respond in general.when I continue to email them about how i can return since then I never heard back from them and i see policy can’t return.i will try to work with my bank with my purchases with them…
This is fake company PLEASE NEVER order from them..Don’t watse ur money to them..

Garbage. The pictures are fake, the dresses are the cheapest, poorest quality you could find.

Do not buy - China based company. No returns. Merchandise quality is not aligned with the price you pay. Like others I wish I did my research. I bought a dress for a vacation, paid expedited shipping (received timely), and the dress didn’t fit (even though I followed sizing guidelines). The item information stated “Easy Returns”; however they said “Returns are not possible” pointing me to another area of their website. They offered to exchange but I didn’t have time for that ahead of my trip. Lesson learned - google the reviews.

Zero stars if I could. The item was NOT true to the picture. Completely different neckline. The material was cheap. And the shipping took almost a month. Customer service and it’s auto-replies are a JOKE, and the return policy is an OUTRIGHT LIE.
This company is garbage. Owners are thieving crooks. Heed the reviews or prepare to be disappointed and to eat the money.
Better off just throwing your hard earned money out the window, save yourself the wait, disappointment, and the free giveaway of your money.

I tried to return them.then i did research and i found the company number which is⁷⁶⁰²⁸⁴³¹ three one i call them finally they provide me the return label and refund on my order!!!!!!!!!Rubbish product Do not buy anything from this place

it took like a month and a half to come and the dress that came was not what i ordered the quality is bad and it’s a completely different design and color. i emailed them asking about a refund and they “don’t do those” so i wouldn’t waste my time or money on this website lol

Don’t want to give it a 1 star it’s a horrible company. The size was wrong and no one is there to send a return . It’s a fraudulent co stay away!!!!

Terrible. The dress I ordered looked NOTHING like the online photos, and they wouldn’t accept a return. The quality of the dress was a joke, it was completely sheer and didn’t come with the same undergarments as was pictured. They also didn’t answer my emails after initial correspondence, so I will never order from them again. Steer clear and save your money!

I really wish I read these reviews before buying this expensive dress off of beach side bunny. I ordered something and they took my money and it's been a month and still haven't received my package. They won't tell my why my tracking number isn't working either and they won't tell me when my package will be delivered... I asked for them to cancel and a full refund and they told me it wasn't allowed. I will definitely take legal action. LOL don't fall for this.. they are evil and will steal from you!!

Fraudulent website, took my money & never received my items. A week after putting in my card information I get lots of unauthorized charges on my account. Please beware they will steal your money

Do not buy from this company it says you Can return the day I got my shipment the quality is such junk I emailed immediately asking for a return label and they said no I will be filing a fraud charge on them

So upset about this website, I spent 180.00$ and when I received the package my heart dropped. Completely different quality than presented. Website presented "spandex" which is form fitting. This dress literally hung of my body it was terrible! I didn't even bother returning since the package took longer than 14 days to get to me. I wish I had this website before I ordered!!

PLEASE PUBLIC!BEWARE!!!!!!DO NOT FALL for this business! This is a scam and you will be furious as I am. The government needs to shut this scam down! The website says refunds within 7 days. There is no way to speak directly with a person. Only can leave a message. When requesting a refund they send a generic email “I’m sorry refunds are not possible” even though the website says they are within 7 days. On top of that they claim that you can exchange and to let them know if you want an exchange. Well I have been emailing and calling to do the exchange and NO ONE ever responds. This has been going on for over a month. In addition the same EXACT merchandise can be found one other websites for a third of the cost. This place is a total Sam and the people running it should be ashamed. I don’t know how people like that can sleep at night.

Was also unable to return my item. Item is not as pictured. Total scam do not purchase.

This is not a reputable company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. The clothing is substandard. Their return policy states that you can return an item within 7 days. I attempted to get information from them to ensure my return. This was their response.

Horrible quality and sizing is not accurate. Their return policy states you have 7 days, I have had it for 5 minutes and they already said I can't return it. And shipping took a month!
