The process from the beginning was very easy. Elizabeth P. was my sales rep thru the entire process and was very informative. Any questions i had were quickly and correctly answered. The experience placing the order, making edits, asking for mock-ups of the different options -- all positive. Stephen Holden and crew were very approachable and swift/timely in response.
We got the Gypsea with company logo in translucent imprint. The look was cool and subtle. The material 100% turkish cotton was soft and the ribbed edges a nice touch, but it was a bit lightweight for our purposes as corporate gifts. If ordering again, I would go for their heavier product to convey more luxury.
All in all, very satisfied! Thanks much!

Great customer service and quick turnaround time!
I ordered my towels in a rush for a beach party my company was throwing. Holden Towels was easy to work with and was able to get my towels to me in time for the party. They even shipped me samples before so I could pick which fabric I liked best. Everyone loved them!
