If your flat iron is defective...prove it, over and over and over.

I purchased a Beachwaver flat iron from Walmart. It's my second one, I love the first one. The second one was not made correctly. The irons do not lay flat against one another, the top does lie flat the bottom does not. My hair when it goes through the bottom part it slips through. When my hair goes through the top part it pulls a few strands and it hurts. I've contacted the company about this and its like I asked them to give me their first born child. I had to send a number of photos and the receipt 4 times. They keep asking for the same thing. I have never dealt with a company with a worst return policy. They are responsive, but if you consider responsive as asking for the same thing over and over again then I'm out. Bad, bad business. I will not buy anything from them again.

A hairbrush was missing from my order, which was disappointing. After I reached out to Beachwaver Co. to inform them of the processing/packaging error, I was quickly refunded. It was such a relief to get the refund and made me confident to purchase again in the future (which I did!)

Appreciate the fast help!

Although I didn't receive the correct color of the item I ordered, they were very quick to help with multiple options to help resolve the issue. Would still happily order from this company.

Worked amazing for the first couple of…

Worked amazing for the first couple of times. Then it wouldn't work at all. It would either not rotate or it would have a mind of its own when I had my hair wrapped around the barrel. I would be holding it and it would start rotating towards my head and I would have to rip my hair out to get it separated. I emailed and asked for a replacement and they advised me to make sure it was the only thing plugged into the powerpoint and hold the home button down for 3 seconds. Which i did, and it still didnt work. It completely stopped working the last time i used it so I emailed again, to which I was then out of warranty. Dont bother.
Ive purchased the Tymo curl pro plus and its much better.

Does not work!!

I bought the beach waver curling iron, the newest one out. My hair is past my shoulders. I downloaded the directions which are easy to understand. It heated up fast (the only good thing about it) After I blew dried my hair I sectioned it in smaller pieces because it’s thick but that doesn’t matter since it says “”It works on fine, medium and thick hair”” It only took me 3 times to get the hang of it. It’s not hard to use. I paid $99.00 from Amazon. Before I bought it I watched a lot of videos on TT. Every single one the ladies had these beautiful curls. They were perfect curls. So I took the plunge. Well, I mines well used a stick from a tree! I did not get one curl. Nothing. It’s not defective either. I don’t understand what voodoo they used in those videos because on my hair it did not work, not one curl. The piece of hair I was using had a tiny, very tiny half of a wave that you couldn’t even tell. I was so frustrated. I got out my curling iron which is the same size as this crap. I had beautiful curls. My hair looks amazing just by using a regular curling iron (the same exact size as the stick. If you want to try it, good luck. If you want to get frustrated and have to go through the hassle of returning it then by all means buy it. I wanted to warn others that’s why I’m writing this review.

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a back up curling wand on Beachwaver Black Friday sale. It was not a final sale item but they still would not allow me to return or exchange for a larger curling wand. My advice is to read the return policy with this company because they do not show you during your purchase that it is not refundable or exchangeable. I found the Customer Service to be very poor. Plenty other companies for this type of product so spend your $ elsewhere.

What really made my experience stand out was Management!!❤️

What really made my experience stand out in a positive way was the management team of this company!! My Beachwaver got delivered to the wrong house and I reached out to their support team and they were not being very helpful. Between UPS and the support team, I feel like they were just trying to send me back and forth to each other, without any real resolution. But their wonderful management team reached out to me and fixed it immediately!! They are fabulous!! (They had the right address and everything, it was UPS fault for dropping it off at the wrong address, not Beachwaver Co.)

They seem like they need more customer service agents

I made a preorder purchase in October that had a set ship date of November 1st-30th. When I never received any correspondence, I emailed them. It took over a week and constant emailing for someone to finally get back to me. They're claiming they sent me emails I never received, that they moved my ship date all the way to March! All of the sudden while talking to someone I received all the emails at the same time. 7 months for the production of hair products? Needless to say I cancelled my order and notified them I was very upset that i was never contacted. We all make mistakes, but with how business they do they shouldn't take over a week to respond to people that have already made purchases with them.

Missing item

Missing item, I ordered 3 different packages from them however one of them was missing. I tried through the tik tok shop, got no help but came through their website and immediately was helped. It was very quick and easy!!! I also want to thank the beachwaver team as I never thought I would able to afford one but with their great sales I was able to receive a lot of them. They are also a self funded company and I know that's tough. So the kindness these 3 sisters have is amazing.. Then there packing shows 😳... They are unbelievable and you get a lot of free goodies in there. Beachwaver is a amazing company
