It's been almost 3 MONTHS and I still…

It's been almost 3 MONTHS and I still haven't received my order! I receive the same automated email when I try to contact them. I love their merchandise but I will never order from them again. This is the 2nd time this has happened. I asked for a full refund and I can't even get that! So very disappointing and frustrated!!!

I would not even give a star if that…

I would not even give a star if that was possible. Contacted company after no updates on my order for 3 weeks. They assured me they would work on it soon. After over a month I ask for refund and they assured me it was about to ship. At the two month mark I received an order but it was not mine. I contacted company and no response. I reached out on Facebook and they blocked me. My husband reached out on Facebook and was blocked as well. Had to dispute charge with my bank.

BEWARE!! Don't order from them!!!

Ordered on February 3rd it is NOW June 9th and have not gotten anything. Messaged multiple times asking about the order and the first time they said they were back up from Christmas orders still and short handed with only 9 employees. "OK I will give them grace" I thought then a few more weeks goes by still nothing. I messaged again and asked for a refund and they said they were going to get my order to me asap. Again a few more weeks goes by. This time they said they would make sure my order was shipped in a week. That was 5/16.... here it is 6/9 I do not have a refund or my product. I was not going to make a review and give them a chance but I am now past that point. Do not order from them if you would like to get your product. So sad they hide behind the name of Jesus and spreading His work just to apparently scam people and not uphold a good moral company.

I've been waiting since January

I've been waiting since January. They are most definitely sending out just automatic emails. It says the Same stuff and they never seem to stop having new sales. Really disappointed at how they handle things. This is supposed to be a Christian company but God will judge them. I ordered 3 hats and a tshirt. I don't think I'll ever get my items. I will never order from them again. Don't waste your time on ordering from them.

Ordered a shirt in April for a birthday…

Ordered a shirt in April for a birthday gift,the birthday was in May, it is now June I have yet to receive the shirt and everytime I have contacted customer service I keep getting the same email over and over, so it looks like im out $20 and no shirt! Horrible experience, definitely would not recommend to anyone!!!!

I placed a order on may 6, 2025 I send emails it seems to me I’m getting the same email over and over again I still haven’t received anything but a broken promise I wouldn’t advise anyone to order here then to read no refund humm??? No product either and just to think they were gifts for my coworkers now school is almost over and I still haven’t received anything NO SHIRTS AT ALL!!!!!

I ordered items a back last fall and had no issues and I loved the product. I ordered several in January and never received them. The website looks like they are no longer in business. For being faith based, they sure did not act accordingly.

If I could give 0 starts I would...

I placed an order at the end of January for a "God is Good" hat. It is now June 6th and I still have not received the item nor a shipping confirmation. I have reached out to customer service multiple times & got an excuse of "backed up in the warehouse" a couple of months ago. A couple weeks ago I got a promise that the item would go out that week, but here we are over 2 weeks later and the item still hasn't shipped. Now their customer service department is complete unresponsive. Save your time & money - don't bother shopping here. I love to support small businesses especially faith based businesses, so it's incredible disappointing to see how this business treats their customers.

Same as everyone posting recently

Same as everyone posting recently. I had ordered in the past without any issues, but the last order i made was end of March. I reached out a few times, finally got a reply early May and they promised to ship that week but didn't. Now it is June and they haven't even replied to my emails yet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I thought this was a faith based company but they sure aren’t running it like one. I ordered in April and still haven’t received my item. It’s so annoying. Don’t waste your time, energy or money on this company.

Run! Don't shop here!

I placed an order for a "Pray" hat on 2/6/2025 online. After a couple of weeks I sent a chat request to determine when the order when arrive. After emailing multiple times without response, I finally received an email that their factory was backed up and that they were going to try their best to get my order sent out quickly. When I still didn't receive it, I followed up again and received an email that they would get my order out that weekend. It is now June 5th, and I have NOT yet received my order that was placed in February and the company is ignoring all of my communications. I paid $17.04 for a product I have yet to receive. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Poor service, poor experience.

Horrible business …

I ordered and order on May 1st and still have yet to receive. I have sent several email and get a 10% off,or an excuse of it will be two more weeks. It's been 6. I will never order from Beacon Threads again. If they are professing to be a Christian Business, then act like one.
Never again will I order from them.

What An Absolute Disappointment

What an absolute disappointment. I made a Valentine's Day order on February 14th for my wife, Beacon Thread's policy is a processing time of "7-10 business days." It's now June 5th & I never received my order. My account lists the order as "unfulfilled." Just opened a dispute with my bank today to get my money back.

Here's what's most surprising, I've ordered from Beacon Threads in the past & never had any problems! I love small Christian streetwear businesses. I don't know if there was an ownership change, or they just got overwhelmed as a business, but to send these "we're Christians too, you'll hear an update in a few days" emails & not follow through is wild to me. At least just be authentic with me, I can respect that.

P.S. The Beacon Threads website has categories of items (shirts, hoodies/sweatshirts, hats, etc.) listed on the website, but when you select a category it's not populated with any items. There's no items available for purchase currently.

Do not order from them!

Ordered on May 2nd, 2025. Still have not received tracking number for shipping over a month later. Do not order from them. The website isn't even showing pictures of anything anymore. Good luck getting refund. Get runaround on emails from them as well.

So disappointed!

I’ve always tried to support black own businesses. I ordered two shirts in March and it’s now June and I haven’t received my order. I’ve been checking the status every couple of weeks at first they apologized and said my order and tracking number will be sent out in a week. After not receiving the tracking number I requested a refund in May or my order. It’s now June and they are not responding to my emails.

Highly disappointed

I ordered something in April they never sent a tracking number so I reached out. They stated they were going to be sending B one soon. I had to reach out several times after that and it is now June and I still haven’t received my order or a tracking number. I reached out and requested a refund and have not received a refund or a response and I have yet to receive my order.
