Abdul was exceptionally helpful and patient while dealing with me and my family questions.

Having received a quote online which was easy to obtain I had to contact the company regarding a query which I did and was helpfully directed to the right department where Abdul was more than helpful explaining everything very clearly and sorted me out with exactly what I wanted. Compared to other companies I had contacted I found beagle street very professional and thanks again to Abdul.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa Cowling in regard to a life insurance payout, she has been an absolute gem from start to finish. When they were unable to get hold of my husband via his outdated mobile number, they sent letters out to the house asking him to contact them. Lisa kept us updated and informed throughout the entire process, if we wasn’t reachable by phone, an email was sent to us. There was no waiting around for answers, every email that was sent by ourselves, received a prompt reply. You think of insurance payouts as daunting and complex, this was neither, everything was handled quickly, effectively and promptly. Absolute 5 star, A++++ rated service. I don't do this every day, so not sure where the bar is for this kind of thing. But Beagle Street have been great to deal with, regarding my Criticalillness claim. I found the claim form easy to understand, and the process nice and straightforward. I dealt with a Lovely lady called Violeta, who managed my claim from beginning to end. She was very understanding and kind.

can’t recommend Beagle Street highly enough. My critical illness claim was handled seamlessly from start to finish, with exceptional communication and incredibly fast responses. Considering I’m currently battling cancer, I really appreciated how respectful, compassionate, and professional the team were throughout the process.

A special mention to Violetta, who was truly outstanding – she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The claim was paid out in full for a substantial amount, which has made a very difficult situation so much easier to cope with.

Set up a new policy and it was very clear and straightforward. Abdul was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to speak to on the phone.

Wanted to update my existing policy through beagle street spoke to Abdul and the whole experience was much easier than expected very pleased with the whole process

I discovered I could claim on my critical illness for malignant melanoma though my diagnosis was nearly 8 years ago so was worried it had been too long to claim, however it wasn't and my claim was successful. I have received my payout within a month of claiming. I was kept up to date throughout, Violeta was especially hotel, always responding quickly if I had a query. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing cover 😊
