This was my first time ordering a HD frontal from this site because I have been tryin different websites, I was skeptical but once I receive my frontal I was very satisfied, it was perfect 100% HD and the hair is great condition, I loved it will highly recommend!

If I could give the site a 0 I would. I needed a wig for a special event. The ad stated that it would take 5-7 business days. After about 7 days I didn't have the wig yet. I ask to have tthe shipping information. Upon receiving the shipment information I was sent a message saying do to shipping problems it would take another 5 days I went back and forth with emails from the company. I purchased another wig from a very good company and it was perfect for my event . I didn't need BEA horrible wig or service I wanted to return the wig BEAS continued with trying to get me to keep the wig.I threathen to take them to court was the only way I got them to except that I didn't want or needed their wig. However the company I ordered from ask if they could buy buy this useless wig and use it on their site to show customers what a real wig looked like in comparison to Beas . I ordered a 18" 360 bodywave when I opened the box it was not a bodywave it was loose curls and the fake scalp was a poorly sewn patch of supposedly closure the whole wig is poorly made and it was 20" of cheap yaky hair it was suppose to be Brazilian hair. Go to BlackGurl wigs.com the wig in the ad is Beas wig Blackgurl.com purchased from me to use in the ad warning customers about companies like Beas that rip good customers off.DONT BUY FROM BEAS WIG ITS A SCAM POOR SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WIGS I paid 304 for Beas wig BlackGurl.com purit from me gor 250 and 30%off my next purchase from them.

After being a customer for years I finally got burned I bought a blonde unit that was fried to hell it was so bad it wasn’t on the site I asked did they carry and she said yes I guess they hustled it from another vendor and after two weeks I recieved it it was the worst ever and after videos and pictures they said awww we give you discount on next purchase...oh really well won’t be a next purchase again this crap is hit and miss lesson learned another one bites the dust😡

I used to order wigs with beahair in the passed, and The hair was okay. This time around, I ordered a wig BB988 360 lace full wig pre plucked frontal virgin blond beyonce wave, It was a total disasters. I cant believe I paid$ 369 USD for that. The wig quality was very very poor. And the wig is a see through...no hair density at all. Waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this company as I am not coming back neither.
