This company sold me a shirt for $19.99 and by the time we were done with everything it was $36.53. But it gets better… The shirt they sent me took almost a month, it was supposed to be red, and it was orange, the size was wrong, and the fabric was like nylon and polyester which it should not have been. When I reached out to them, they refuse to give me my money back. I told him I did not want to keep it that I wanted a refund. They refused. I argued through Paypal and made a claim and Paypal sided with them because they said that the item was similar, which was good enough and it wasn’t damaged. Now I’m left with a shirt that doesn’t fit, is a color I dislike and a shirt that is straight up from the 60s. This company is a scam and not honest. They did offer me seven dollars back, but I refuse to take it since I made the claim with Paypal. They explained that their items come out of different production centers so they can never guarantee the color or the fabric. I would definitely suggest that no one buy from them.!!!

I ordered an Ozzy Osbourne T-shirt for $35 total with shipping. I waited and waited and waited and it ended up being over a month and on the shipping tracking it was showing it was in Virginia on the 22nd and then suddenly in Oklahoma on the 22nd and that it was delivered (moved from those two states in seven hours going through several sorting locations and getting stuff on and off vehicles ) and I said I did not get this product and showed them a copy of my informed delivery with USPS for the 22nd. so they send me a link to see where it tracked to and it ends up being an app that you have to download and it wants to do like a three day free trial and then you’ll be charged after and then they also sent me another email, I paid with PayPal, saying that I can get assistance from a tracking agent, but I would have to put my credit card information in and they charge me five dollars but I get the five dollars back. This is a way for them to get my credit card information since it was blocked through PayPal. I sure wish I would’ve got on here and read all the other reviews. I guess I’m out money. I put in a cancellation with my credit card company and I put in a request with my PayPal. Don’t know if anything‘s gonna happen but fingers crossed, but yeah, I never got my tshirt and he will fight your tooth and nail saying that you got it and I didn’t get it and I told him that I wasn’t a liar and that this was nothing but a scam and when I haven’t heard from him since he just disappeared like the cockroach he is. They even sent me a fake label via email and they gave me the tracking number and it come up invalid everywhere. I tried to use it, but the only place that I thought it might work was the one link they had emailed me to track my package where they were wanting my credit card information so they literally was requesting I pay them to find the package that they lost. do not ever purchase anything from them. They will not send you anything. I’m gonna say they don’t have anything to sell. This is just a whole scam. Just avoid them. Trust me.

What a joke...ordered on March 10th and its a month later and haven't received parcel.

Terrible experience!! Ordered end of November in '24. Never received product! Was told through numerous emails that product was coming but at last stop. Finally, they admitted it was lost(doubt it was ever shipped). Even though I had nothing to do with lost(??) package, they would only refund 1/3 of what i paid. Who does this? People who do not know how to run a business. They are a joke and shouldn't be running a business! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

This company is a total scam. I ordered the Grinch sweater on 12 five and paid for the expedited shipping and I still have yet to get it. Today is February 13 and I told them that I will if they can send it again that would be great or if they can give me a credit that would be great but the post office told me it was delivered but not to the address that I gave them and they said it’s my fault and I should get a hold of the shipping company total scam scam scam scam stay away from this company Like the plague.

This place is a joke ordered a couple Ugly Christmas sweaters and the sizes labeled as 3xl is really a xl at best and xl is like a medium. Their lightning shipping took well over 30+ days to arrive and their customer services only reply every few days and then they only offer $7 then it slightly increases an couple times up to $21 after multiple emails I spent $81+ have no use for the sweaters and they still haven’t resolved. DON’T SPEND A DIME WITH THEM THEY’RE ACTING LIKE SCAMMERS!

On 11/25/2024 I order a Christmas sweater from this company, it said it would be delivered in 5-7 days. After 14 days, I sent a message to them to cancel my order. They said it was in transit and they couldn't cancel my order. After another month, they say my order was delivered, but I never received anything. AVOID THIS COMPANY they will take your money and you will GET NOTHING.

I bought a Christmas sweater that I just received 2 months after the order, we are mid-January, the size of the sweater does not correspond to their charter size on the site, much smaller than what is written, I tried a return or a refund they offered me $7 us for the inconvenience, no return even if I sent them photos with the false sizes of the sweater

I ordered a grinch sweater 11.18.24...no sweater, but a ton of excuses. Poor customer service, but good grifting...fraud, AVOID THIS COMPANY....

I'm so upset with myself! I ordered this sweater on the 20th of November to wear it during Christmas. I just received it today. I paid $49.98. Wished I would've gotten on Amazon for 20. Siiiiiiigh lessons learned.

I ordered Christmas sweaters on 12/08 and it’s 12/31 and they still haven’t arrived! Customer service is poor and it’s very difficult to get a refund. Please don’t waste your time with this company. It has been a lesson learned for me!

OMG! On 11/23/2024, I ordered 6 Grinch items for our Christmas Eve family themed get together. I goggled the company prior to ordering, since a U.S. address was noted, I thought it was okay to order. After ordering, I routinely received shipping updates stating the order was being processed in Italy, then in customs, but never provided actual delivery information. My Christmas surprise came the day after Christmas when the items were in my mailbox. Of course these took over a month to arrive and too late for the intended use. Customer service responded prior to delivery that I should wait because I will be so pleased with the items regardless of the delayed delivery. Customer service has not responded to my communications after the delivery was received, which was after Christmas. Never again will I order from this alleged company.

Grinch "Woollen" pullover arrived 27 December, thus missing Christmas. On the plus side, it looks as advertised. On the downside it is so man-made fibre that it isn't even fibre. It feels like pulling on a plastic bag. The only label is the size at the neck. No materials composition of washing instructions. For what it is it is well made, but to send this as "woollen" is an out-and-out fraud. Also, despite the endless emails updating me on shipping progress across and from the USA, the return address on the package is in China. I rather think that the whole tracking thing is a scam too. Cheap, overpriced tat direct from China.

Terrible company to deal with and purchase from, If you want your product shipped from the country of origin and that takes 6 weeks to get to you, then order away, if you were expecting your shipment within a reasonable time frame, then this website sucks! DON:T order from them.

Scam, scam scam, I order grinch shirt for Christmas party, paid 12.99 extra for VIP shipping, 3 day shipping, well is been 2 weeks and still in Ireland.

Ordered Christmas Grinch sweatshirts the beginning of December for Christmas and it’s Christmas and still not here. The worst shipping ever and there tracking sucks. Maybe I will get it for next year’s Christmas? Never again with this place.

I ordered my grinch shirt and sweater on December 1, 2024. It is now December 22, 2024 and I have yet to receive my products. This is ridiculous.

Ordered the Grinch sweatshirt on 12/5/2024 and as of 12/20 I have not received it and according to tracking its still in Germany. This is absurd. Do not use this company. They are terrible.
