Thank you for taking the time to review us. Yes, that is true. The ability for teeth to whiten depends on many things including: age, degree of staining, types of stains, porosity of enamel, tooth sensitivity, etc. I'm one of those people who has teeth that are very resistant to whitening, and my teeth are extremely sensitive so stronger products are not an option. So I understand. However, the exact same gel and procedure that doesn't work on me, works great on others. For people with teeth that are resistant to whitening, make sure to use our Advanced Whitening Kit or Advanced Whitening Kit Plus and do three back-to-back treatments in a row, being careful to follow the instructions exactly. They can also continue the process at home with 36% CP gel. It's important to do it every day immediately following their in-office treatment while the pores of their teeth are still open. They should also stick to a "white diet" the whole time. If that doesn't work, they can try going to a dentist who will need to use a gingival barrier and super strong (over 25% HP) gel. This is can be painful in terms of zingers so it is not recommended for people with super sensitive teeth.

YOU GUYS FORCED MINIMUMS WHEN I WAS A RETAILER FOR 6 YEARS. NO LONGER CATERED TO SMALL BUSINESSES. 100% NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND AND WILL BE WARNING THE OTHER SPAS INTERESTED IN THESE SERVICES.

As it is normal for companies to have minimums for the retailers it is not normal for companies to change policy to pass retailers without a contract with those retailers to change policy for their business with your company. The point of a company to have a product and have retailers is to have a professional relationship between the company and those retailers and there is no form of communication and their is no form of a relationship. It’s just about getting the most kits for overmarked prices and it’s not about helping the retailers which is what they perceive to do to market Beaming White. It seems like more of a money grab when in fact you guys have a wholesale cost for us retailers that’s truly not a reasonable wholesale price compared to your competitors with the same medical credentials and licensing in the United States that have lower pricing for kits for retailers because they VALUE their retailers able to make profit as well being the point of retailers is to expand those products and to build relationships and connections with those retailers. You also charge your retailers for marketing material that is provided by every company for free. You don’t only take advantage of your customers but you take advantage of your retailers.

Our minimum order dollar amount for wholesale pricing is only $100, which we consider to be very reasonable. This helps protect our wholesale customers' profit margins. I believe you tried two samples of our Advanced Kit and two samples of our Advanced Kit Plus. I'm sure there is an explanation and Heidi will help figure it out. We are known for our exceptional results and this is unusual.
