Complete and utter jokers. Mr Bean would do a better job than Beanbone in running an e-commerce business.

When I contacted Beanbone about my order, they didn't get back to me. I tried repeatedly.

Worst looking and least enticing email newsletter I've ever received by the way. Looks like Beanbone are stuck in 1999 mode, not aware it's 2019. Total amateurs.

Disgusting, cancelled order with no communication!

Do not use this company, they have zero ethics or customer care!

Avoid!! I've ordered an item from eBay from these people and it's a good few days past expected delivery. They provided a tracking code which doesn't work with Royal Mail, and strangely aren't replying to my messages asking them to confirm which carrier it is. I suspect they never had the stock.

Ordered 3 packs of Bulmers through google shop price comparison.
Received 3 bottles £6.32 each
Reporting to google and paypal
AVOID !!!

Ordered a book from them. Money was taken instantly via PayPal but have received no confirmation or receipt from beanbone. Delivery estimate now past. I have sent numerous emails chasing them up. None have received a response. I called their phone and found it was out of order.
Awful customer service and will have to report them to PayPal.
Do not buy from these people, they're dreadful

Ordered a Cook book in early December intended as a Christmas present. Money taken from my account. I received a message on 9th December stating that delivery would be delayed 1 to 3 weeks and offered refund as an option. I requested a refund and have heard nothing despite twice replying via EBay and two emails. Todate, 30/12, nothing. Beanbone, this a genuine complaint, and if you reply at least I've had some reaction from you. Never again. If still no response then I have one other course of action.

I made an order for an iPhone 4 case with next day delivery. Item took a week to be delivered with no warning from Beanbone. They repeatedly ignored my emails inquiring when my order would be delivered and they are now ignoring my emails regarding a refund that I was promised. Items were missing from my order.

The whole shopping experience is indeed remarkable with Beanbone.The whole website's setup and interface is very easy to navigate and user-friendly! I ordered and paid for my orders without any problems. They have a wide array of products to choose from which really fits my taste and budget. I was glad to have come accross this company on the web. They have some great unique items that you don't see in every other store or site. I also called there Customer Service to ask a few questions. They were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. The items I bought were shipped quickly and I received the stuff as decribed. No issues no problems. I am going to buy several of this years Christmas presents here. This is a good company and I would do buisness with them again and recommend them to my friends and family.
