The one off offer is very good but if I were to continue this with monthly subscription, I wouldn’t pay more than £10 for this service. £24.99 is WAY too high, in my opinion.

Lovely story and wonderful…
Lovely story and wonderful illustrations. It's so lovely to be able to choose your name and what the character looks like.
The print quality could be better. I expected a hard back book, so the staples looked really cheap to me.
It didn't ruin the story though. I really enjoyed reading about myself and my adventures with the snow.

Very disappointed
Bought the book with the Vodafone promotion on the 10th of December. The book arrived a month later. Illustration is beautiful, but the story was rather mediocre and some rather inaccurate content. Could have been a wonderful book if it wasn't for the poorly writhing skills...

Fun, just a little pricey
I ordered my first book back on November, 14th 2022 having found them via the MyVodafone app.
My book arrived and my son enjoyed it. I however cancelled after as I felt its quite expensive.
They recently sent me a promo for another book at 50% off so I've resubscribed.
I've seen a lot of negative reviews so decided to share my experience with them.

I orded the Dec book and poster and…
I have now received the book and poster and will start up the subscription again the book is brilliant and the poster etc
I think the company has now fixed the problem with Dec books and l think it was down too post strikes and Xmas over load on the post office side

Purchased a book as a vodaphone rewards…
Purchased a book as a vodaphone rewards deal and managed to get subscribed into a contract I didn’t want. They have taken £24.95 from my PayPal and it’s proving very difficult and complicated to access my account and cancel it. I feel conned 😩

Total scam
Total scam! Did the 99p Vodafone offer like many others. Didn’t receive the book and they have the cheek to take the next payment of £24.99 and refuse to refund under any circumstances. I will be taking my complaint further. Avoid this company at all cost!!!!! They take or money and don’t provide the goods!

Don't bother!
Yet another company that thinks its ok to charge people without providing the product. I paid for 1st book, but that never arrived. I was hoping someone will be in touch to inform me of any issues but no, instead notification of another payment came for yet another book that most likely will not arrive. When contacting customer service, I ve been told that i should cancel earlier and I should wait even longer for the 1st book. I would like to know how can i make an informed decision to continue with this service if I can't even see what I am paying for. And just to make the situation worst I ve been informed in my complaints email that I should continue with the service as there is nothing better than enjoying books with children.... thanks for letting me know as obviously i made the decision to pay for this service as I like to read kids books to myself 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤷
And no its not OK to continue to push blame for your issues on Post Office, calendar, Covid or another million things that might pop up.

I’ve had the same issue as a few people…
I’ve had the same issue as a few people ordering from the Vodafone offer. Paid 99p for the first book and did not receive anything in the post. Upon contacting them they blamed the postal strikes but I’ve ordered from other companies in the meantime and haven’t had issues with delivery. They offered to send out another book free of charge but that hasn’t turned up either. To scam people for a pound is honestly a low blow. Be ashamed of what you’re doing to people during such difficult financial times

Ordered via the Vodafone offer, book received worth this price but definitely not worth £24. Tried to log in to cancel subscription but it didn't work tried to reset password but never received the email to do this, tried contacting but no reply so had to cancel on PayPal but already taken £24. Definitely wouldn't recommend this service, other companies available with better quality personalised books, quicker delivery and much better customer service.

Ordered a book for my son through the…
Ordered a book for my son through the Vodafone very me rewards app, book came and I immediately cancelled the subscription so I wasn’t charged any money however I have since been charged £15 and asked for a refund and getting no where really annoyed !
Also can’t find my order number now I’ve cancelled it for the second time !

I've found you on November via Vodafone…
I've found you on November via Vodafone My Rewards section and ordered a book for my son. I've placed the order on Tue, 29 Nov 2022. You have sent a confirmation email "Your first personalised story, The Day I Became a Superhero, will arrive in 2 weeks". However, you have never sent it plus never cancelled my subscription although I've selected the cancellation.
I don't recommend this service. I hate services that I have to chase all the time especially subscription based ones.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
These people are scammers! So although I received my son's book, when I went back to sign into my account it kept telling me i had the wrong password/email combination. After using forgot my password, the website stated they did not have an account for my email address. Which was a LIE because they send those automatic emails every other day to that exact email address they claim to not have an account for. The confirmation for my son’s book was also sent to that email address. I’ve emailed them numerous times with no response! What I'm guessing is they lock you out of your account so you cannot cancel your subscription or discontinue the payments. Thank God I was able to just report the card I had on file as stolen so these people will no longer receive my money. Please pay attention to these reviews and LISTEN!

Do not buy!
Company offered half price on my ongoing subscription. That never happened. They stopped replying to emails which were stock reply’s anyway. Poor poor customer service and fraudulent behaviour!

I placed a purchase of a book, never delivered!
I placed an order of a book through after I saw an online promotion more than a month ago and still I haven’t received it. Later on, after a month I saw a charge of subscription in my account. I have received neither the first book nor further service&materials. This is a typical scam in my view even though they might claim they delivered some other books.
