Highly recommend Beara Beara

Ordered my first bag from Beara Beara, it was delivered in 5 days (which included a bank holiday weekend!). The handbag is beautiful, really well made and the leather is of good quality, feels like this bag will last a very long time. I did receive the wrong strap so I emailed the company, within 24hr they had responded and sent out the correct strap which arrived in 2 days. I really cannot fault this brand and their customer service, and I will likely buy another bag from them when the time comes.

The bag received is damaged

The bag received is damaged. The leather is creased and not smooth. Unacceptable quality as a new leather bag. Waited for a week but still no one reply to my email to resolve this issue.
