I've been waiting for my order 7 weeks

I've been waiting for my order 7 weeks, the tracking says its at customs in Australia ince 5th June I've sent 5 emails once they responded and told me to contact local courier which I did and they were helpful (Australia Post) and said I nothing they can do until they pick up from Airport I contacted Bearberryz and just no reply. Do not use this company they are a scam.

TOTAL SCAM!!!!

It’s a total scam everything they say is a lie they send you the product ie. ring it is massive completely wrong size and doesn’t fit. Doesn’t work even and turns your finger green. they take no accountability for anything, they offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed but won’t offer you a refund or credit of any kind they say once it’s delivered that’s it unless it’s damaged or they sent the wrong item it is a complete scam. Buyer beware!!! I’m going to report this company all over social media.

Expect to be inundated with advertising

Lots of advertising bumpf once an order is made that I chose to unsubscribe from when it became intrusive. Despite the shipping time being exceeded by some days and no word from the company, I still have to hope the goods will arrive. Unfortunately, there is no phone number for contact, no facility to cancel orders or return items, once you have paid, you are stuck.
Really unimpressive customer service but then it looks like the US address is a 'front' and the real Head Office might be nearer Wuhan.

The ring finally arrived. By day 5 of wearing the 'silver' was wearing off and by Day 10 is was completely copper. There were no positive effects at all. In fact, you will find a dirty stain where the ring was. That is oxidized copper. Complete rip off. Don't buy. I have the evidence in the form of photos, Bearberryz. Unquestionable crap.
