if you're looking for a site with fair promos stay far away

Great site, easy to use and a wide range of markets on sport and racing, daily promotions and quick and efficient customer service!

Bear bet do not offer tote betting for win place its all fixed odds. The web site looks like it offers best tote as almost all other bookmakers do but they do not. Only the trader can authorise it and they would not tell me why my account was not authorised. Very disappointing. The payouts are fast Web site is good but lets itself down not offering tote betting.
