Don't waste your money
Ordered 6 pairs of long boxers. Only option to pay is via card. Got email the following day to say 6 pack unavailable so will send 4 instead. I replied I paid for 6. Send 6 or give refund. No response. Another 4 emails from me. No response. Got 4 pairs delivered 5 weeks after the order...not long length, wrong fabric and grubby! Still can't get response to emails and the telephone number is disconnected too!

Missing order very poor communication. Probably a scam.
Avoid ordering from here. My order was delayed to point that I had moved house before it supposedly arrived. They said that the order was delivered to my old address but supplied no evidence of this... Since then I have contacted them again and have had no response

Absolutely awful! DO NOT USE!! Ordered Aventus Creed and paid for Hermes delivery. Didn’t come when said then arrived at my Royal Mail delivery office from China so knew it was fake. Couldn’t get through on the phone. Took days to reply to emails then told I’d have to pay to send it back. Eventually, after weeks and a lot of threats with reporting them to the police for fraud did they arrange for Hermes to collect and got a refund with no apology.

Awful, haven't recieved my order after over a month. The phone numbers no longer work so I've had to rely on email. Had 2 replies saying they'd refund if it hadn't arrived by xxx then when I've asked they've not refunded twice. Worst company ever, avoid!!

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs! They are a scam. I paid £130 for a FAKE Tom Ford perfume that took over three weeks to arrive and came from China. When I opened it the packaging fell off and the scent is cheap and nothing like the original. I have complained but so far received no reply.

I'm giving them a 1 star review because you cant give them a 0 star review.
I ordered and received what I thought was Dior Sauvage online with Bearboxers and have received what looks like the correct thing but in actual fact its fake, the contents smells of something but its not Dior Sauvage.
I gave them the benefit of the doubt and emailed them to let them know of my finding assuming that they maybe as surprised as me but I've had no reply to my email and all the 0161 numbers I can find for them don't even connect.
I fear finding the poor reviews was too late for 51.98 spend with them and hope that they will get back in'touch to explain themselves and/or at least be refunded for my disappointment.

An appalling experience from start to…
An appalling experience from start to finish. To give them credit where it's due (this is where they have earned their ONE star) - they did respond to my emails. It takes a few days for them to get back to you, but I did get a response to every message that I sent. My teenage son ordered a coat, he was told to expect delivery in 3-5 days. SIX WEEKS later (and many emails chasing the damn thing) it finally arrived. The quality was poor and it made a crackling/rustling noise when you moved in it. I was so exhausted with the whole process that I told him to put it into a box under his bed and learn a lesson. In the meantime, Bear Boxers had issued a refund. I am a very honest person. I went back to them and told them I would re-pay the money when I had seen the refund in my sons bank account. I also explained that I am a teacher so I can not get to the bank during the extremely limited hours that they are open in the current climate (no online banking because he is a child) so I would go to the bank at half term. A week later they threatened ME with legal action!!! I was absolutely astonished and down right FURIOUS at their bare faced cheek!! So I kept the refund and sent the coat back. You only get a free return label if you pay with PayPal (we had not) so it cost me to send it back. But to be honest, I would have paid ten times the amount of postage to NEVER have to deal with this DREADFUL company ever again. Bear Boxers should not be trading. 'Jake' (their customer service persona) seems to be run by someone with nice manners, but the company screams inexperience and lacks the desire to maintain a happy customer base. I hope they do the right thing soon and stop trading, before they do some financial damage to someone who can't afford to be ripped off (like a single parent trying to get gifts for their teenagers birthday for example).
