Ordered two items, one never came, one is great.
I ordered two items, one showed up, they took a few weeks to tell me they weren't actually going to ever send me the second. I was eventually refunded, but the few weeks of confusion were frustrating!

Shipping delays with no update, incomplete order
Shipping delayed by over a week with no update or way to track shipping status. When item was received, only one of the two items I ordered were sent.
Customer service is very polite and provided a quick response though.

I ordered a double hammock
I ordered a double hammock, and have yet to receive it. A few days later I ordered straps, a fly cover and a rain cover. I have only received the fly cover and the straps. Why does it take you so long to ship the items to me?
Truly, I’m not happy.
Prices go up and the customer services ho down, WAY DOWN! It’s not just you, but everyone, everywhere!!
