It was all worth the wait! My daughter dreamt of having her favourite cartoon character and BearHugs was the only website to offer it. It took time. I mean quite a lot of time. But it came and it’s perfect!

I ordered a Winnie the pooh plushie, for my baby. Bear hugs has the best looking pooh bears. The plushie is soft and fluffy & my baby also loves it!!❤️

I ordered an original Stanley bottle from them..was sceptical at first..but so happy with my product and also their customer care was impeccable!!

They couldn’t deliver the same product as I ordered, also they delivered it after the expected time. I wanted to gift it to someone who went to a different state for his job and so I can’t give him the gift just because it was not delivered on time.

SCAM COMPANY. DID NOT DELIVERY MY ORDER AND HAVE BEEN MAKING EXCUSES SINCE 4 MONTHS AND NOW HAVE STOPPED REPLYING TO EMAIL. DO NOT TRUST - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They are clearly selling fake products, dupes, in the name of imported products. They claim to be importing from countries like Hong Kong, but I was apalled to receive a product which looked worse than anything a streetside vendor would sell at 1/10th of the price. I ordered the much-hyped Labubu from them, and ChatGPT had assured this website sells authentic products. Clearly the internet is fed with fake reviews to boost this brand's sales. The box was clearly tampered with, damaged and dented . The product name on the box was different from the one I'd ordered. And the Labubu inside it looks like a horridly cheap rip-off of the product image illustrated over the website. They conveniently claim there's nothing they can do wrt returns and refunds because apparently it is, again, an "imported" product. I lost nearly 5k rupees for nothing. Moreover, they did not allow my review to be enlisted on their website, the product shows 0 reviews even days after I put up one, and the price of the product is now even more hiked that before. Beware!

They sent me an old and dirty product and after repeated emails and WhatsApp they said you can wipe it and we will not be exchanging or refunding it . Not only the product was old but had yellow disgusting rust stains on it . Even the battery socket had rust in it . That how old the keychain game was . Very appaled at the customer service as they sent me rude responses to my polite emails. Will never be ordering from them ever again.

Booked my order (divoom time gate), my favorite color product was not available but they arranged it anyhow.

My grandson birthday is on 19th March..He is 3 years. He stays in Toronto.Have come to Mumbai for holidays. Thought of giving him a surprise by giving Bluey & Pingo toy as he watches this Bluey. I spoke to Mr Ismail on Saturday . I requested him despatch on Saturday. He took the pain of visiting the warehouse , got the things packed and despatched it thru Trackon on Saturday, this in spite of being a holi holiday.He said by 17th or 18th it would reach me..Today to my surprise I got the products around 300 pm.. My heartfelt thanks and gratitude for delivery 🚚..Wish him all the best

my order arrived exactly on the estimated date.. it was in good condition and as expected.. I am very happy with my purchase on Bearhugs shopping website.. the prices are more lower than that on Amazon for internationally imported toys, etc.
