Just for the record you did email us from the very beginning explaining that Royal Mail had damaged your Jiffy bag and Royal Mail had given you instructions on how to claim, I’m really sorry but what do you want us to do? what have Royal Mail said to you? have you tried to claim?
If you pay for DPD next day something which we have more control over we will send you a new bearing
Please don’t point the finger for something that was out of our control, oh great title by the way hope you told Royal Mail this or even said this to your postman

Great pricing.
I needed a drive belt for an electric scarifier/lawn rake. The cheapest price I found from lawnmower suppliers was 27GBP. I bought it from Bearing King for 2.70GBP, a tenth of the price from other companies. What a result!

Good Prices, poor service
Good prices and speed of delivery however I accidentally had something delivered to my previous address as the "default shipping address" is not the default shipping address and just selects the sign up address as default.
When I tried to contact them through email or the contact us section I received only a confirmation email saying they had received my message and did not get a reply. I could not connect through phone however that is because I called at the end of business hours I assume (after 4pm)
Only using as it's by far the cheapest place to get the particular bearings I was after quickly.
If the address issue with the website was sorted out, it would mean that mistakes were less likely to be made so I wouldn't need to have so much faith in customer service.

Fast and Free Delivery
Bearing King are my 'go to' supplier for bearings, oil seals etc. Prices are very competitive and they have never let me down on delivery. No matter how small the order delivery is free which makes a huge difference. The only improvement could be the range of bearings because they don't tend to display some of the more unusual sizes however they have always quoted me over the phone for items they don't stock. I would highly recommend!
