Ordered rain jackets and a rain pant from this company. Although the order arrived, the sizes do not match the sizes of the other four items previously received. I have tried to contact for an exchange. As of this moment I have not received any response.

I ordered a hoodie and a raincoat…

I ordered a hoodie and a raincoat as I believed the hype about quality and efficiency. When the order arrived, it was substandard compared to similar items at the same price. I decided to send it back, and since then, the obfuscation is legendary! We eventually followed the instructions and sent it to the depot in Slovac Republic only to have it returned to us 2 weeks later. Is this all about taking my money, or do they actually want to serve their customers? I really don't understand the logic of a good marketing campaign and delivering poor goods with poor service... so short-sighted. Use them at your peril.

Don't do business with Baerskin

Just before Christmas, I ordered 2 hoodies (1 for me, 1 for my wife) with the promise from them that they would be sent out Nov 25th and Dec 3rd. December 15th I get an email asking how we did, but didn't fill it out since we hadn't gotten them yet.
December 18th, sent a message that both of the hoodies were too big and we needed to send 1 back since the one for me fit my wife.
December 19th, got an email back stating they would basically exchange for the size I needed and sent me information on where to send the return.
They recieved the return January 27th (proof of delivery) but I never heard from anyone.
February 15th, follow-up email asking about the status of the exchange.
February 16th, got an email back asking for the tracking number. I sent the tracking number that day.
February 19th, still no response, so I emailed back regarding their horrible customer service. Not even an offer to reimburse the cost of the hoodie so I can buy something else...
February 20th, STILL no response, so I emailed a screen shot of the Proof of Delivery on January 27.
Today is February 27th and still no response. My goal is to now tell everyone my story so you won't have to suffer like I am. There are people in the same boat as me and no way to reach them by phone. Every call goes to an automated system.

Best concrete rain gear

To start, I highly recommend the company for quality products (if worn properly), rain/waterproof gear, very warm liners and great customer service, with persistence and patience. We are all human after all.

My husband does concrete in the pacific northwest throughout the entire year. He has had difficulty finding good rain gear. We went on a whim and ordered through Baerskin based on a Google search for best concrete rain gear. He has not been let down. We purchased the 3-in-1 liner, jacket and pants set. Then we ordered a buy 2 get 1 free liner sale prior to receiving the first order.
We got 2 of the 3 from the first order and I reached out for customer service. I received the second order in full and was not upset.
I reached out again, I various ways for service and it is difficult to get an immediate response, but after everything and talking to Rean and Quith, they made everything better than right. They were out of the black rain pants, bur refunded me and gave me an extra to be able to get the waterproof cargos pants for my husband. They are going to let me know when the black are back in stock, so we can get a back up pair after ordering the blue as a alternative.

My husband can't speak highly enough about how dry he has stayed with using this gear. I appreciate the care, even with an extended return in communication. But be patient and it all works out, maybe better than it was expected.

I would absolutely recommend Baerskin and will but from them again, when needed. Thank yall for being a good company, staying true to your word, and keeping my husband warm and dry.

They need better communication.

I had a difficult time getting in touch with rhe company, they never call back. Then I texted them and they responded. I guess if you want to change or cancel an order, it's best to text them.

PANTS ARE EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE!!!!

PANTS ARE EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE! I was more than 4’ from a torpedo heater they actually melted on my leg thank god i had thermals which are ruined because of it. I have repeatedly to reach out to them for about 2 weeks now and have heard nothing back, even sent them pictures of the pants.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOUR IN THE CONSTRUCTION FIELD THAT YOU SHOULD NOT BUY THEM, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR ANYWHERE NEAR A HEATER!
There way to expensive pants for that to happen.

This is the New Northface standard

Wanted an all purpose jacket for warmth. I got the comfy jersey i could not find in shops. When I add the waterproof layer I get extra heat. Outdoors the wind has no chill factor now. A must have for any outdoor enthusiast.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Can't get the right size jacket or hoodie, I now have two that I can't send back because they won't give me a tracker to return them. Im down €210 and I'm being fobbed off with thank you for your patience in only 2 responses I've gotten from countless emails which still hasn't resolved the issue.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. STAY AWAY FROM BAERSKIN

Update it cost €50 to send back the order to get a refund. My advice would be to document everything to get your refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!

From the moment I placed my order things have been handled badly upon reviewing my order I realized address and size were wrong and trying to cancel order fell on deaf ears !!!
I contacted Baerskin Tactical no less than 10 times and never received a response !!!
Order was deliver to wrong address and never able to track it down I keep reaching out and being ignored by this company !!! Just amazing in this modern day and modern technology how something can be handled so badly !!!

I wouldn't give them any stars what so ever! They are a disgusting company and obviously not very professional as they take your money and run .
My partner ordered over £400 pounds worth of clothing , everything was wrong , the items , the sizes , God knows who took the order , we sent the items back to an address in Slovakia and we have just recieved them back as they havnt collected them at the other end .Don't touch this company it's a fraud !

Eventually replied and sorted the exchange

Updated to three stars in Feb26, Baerskin did finally reply and did sort out replacements. Product is good and liked but so very slow to respond and only after repeated attempts.

Do yourselves a favour and completely avoid ordering anything till they sort their customer services. They have decent quality hoodies which are reasonably priced, however if you just happen to get the wrong size, forget receiving any reply (from multiple messages) requesting a replacement; just save your time and gift it on as you will never ever hear from Baerskin, ever.

Dont post back to Slovakia!

I ordered a pair of waterproof pants, at no stage aware that there wasnt actually a UK division of this company. They arrived after four weeks (unexpected) and fit my waist perfectly but are literally 6 inches too short. So I wanted to send them back for a refund. They offered a 40% refund and no return or I would need to send them back. To Slovakia! To an address they provided. So I paid the £15 (on an initial investment of £65) to post them back. Yesterday, three weeks later, I received them back with a message from Slovakain postage saying that they were "Unclaimed unsolicited". Thanks Baerskins for wasting more of my money. Now I am £80 in the hole for a totally useless product. I shoould have looked here before believing the adverts.

Take your chances... best not to

I bought a hoodie and rain jacket, for my husband and my son for christmas. When I got the package the order was wrong. They had sent me two hoodies that would fit my husband and two rain jackets, that would fit my son. So I've been trying to contact them since before Christmas, asking for an exchange. And never has anyone even tried to contact me back. When you call the number, there's nothing but a recording. No options or anything, just a recording. And no one ever calls you back, no matter how many messages you leave. And their support email address for refunds and exchanges is a joke. Because nobody ever replies to your emails either. I have left over twenty some messages between the two.And I have not gotten a response at all. Yet they keep sending me advertisements asking me to purchase more. They have the absolute worst customer service practices of any business I have ever dealt with. And i'm using dealt with hypothetically because they haven't even so much as talked to me, let alone dealt with me. Well, they cost a lot of money so I sent them back anyway.You're not supposed before you talk to someone there first, but then customer service never calls you back. So, what are you supposed to do? It's as if they take your money and then completely forget about you. They just want to get paid and screw the customers issues...even if they screw up the order...and they did, but I can't even get anybody on the phone or through a chat or anything. Well, they're gonna give me my money back or they're gonna give me the items that I purchased.Because i'm not accepting their lack of customer service skills as a legitimate excuse. They took my money so i'm gonna be a thorn in their side until I get what I paid for... even if I have to hire an attorney to do it. My husband loves the hoodie. My son doesn't know because he hasn't received his yet. But the issue is not with the hoodies or the products it's with their customer service or their lack thereof. No matter how good the hoodie is, that company sucks and I would never purchase another thing from them because it's so bad. I'm sure there's a good company out there that's got just as good a product. It's just a damn shame.
