My father passed away suddenly while on holiday in Egypt. The company was easy to find and had a professional website I knew I could trust. Within hours of giving the city and name, I was contacted to know my father's remains were in safe hands. Preparation and repatriation was expedited and there was clear communication and empathy throughout. I had never expected to need such expertise but I'm grateful it was there when I did. The cost of the entire process was less than expected as well.

Losing a parent at any point in life is incredibly difficult, but when it occurs outside your country, where you don’t speak the language, understand the culture, and have no friends or family to lean on, it becomes unfathomable. We were fortunate to find Mahmoud from BE Assistance International to help us during this incredibly challenging time when our mom passed away. It was a gruelling undertaking, as our own embassy did everything possible to create obstacles and stress us so intensely that we didn’t have the time to properly grieve. Mahmoud was the only person who truly helped us. I can never repay him for going above and beyond to make everything a little easier for me and my sister. He handled the paperwork and the recalcitrant embassy staff with ease, coordinated communication between the hospital, police, and all other parties, and most importantly, he was always endlessly kind and empathetic. I don’t wish anyone to experience funeral services abroad, but if such a tragic event occurs, this company will truly take care of you and treat you like an old friend.

This company was able to provide a cremation & repatriation service that I was told was not possible in Egypt! They handled the whole process from end-to-end efficiently and for a very reasonable cost. They need to raise their profile with the embassys & expat community. My only criticism is that all communications were over Whatsapp - which is not what I expected, and they seemed impossible to contact by phone. At a very stressful time it would be reassurring to be able to speak to someone. Other than that I am very happy with their services and would definitely recommend them to others.

My wife recently passed away in Egypt I contacted be assistance who took care of everything from transferring her to be cremated in Cairo then sent the ashes back to uk I can’t thank them enough for the service they provided which was done at a very reasonable price thank you for what you did for my family

I don’t know where to begin. to have someone not just take care of everything but take care of it in such a kind empathetic and heartfelt way and walk you through the entire process from beginning to end so that you don’t have to think about anything except your personal emotional journey is something that is rare, and also incredibly unexpected Mahmoud took care of our loved one and us, as if we were family. Everything was very smooth and executed in a time sensitive manner he was very accommodating to all of our needs and allowed for us also to engage in the process which was extremely important to us. Closure was one of the things that we struggled with given that family was on a different continent and in the grieving process it’s hard to run logistics without someone you trust Sadly, this is a service that many of us need but within that sad situation, I would trust no one else I have even made sure to pass on his information to my loved ones just in case they ever need him please do not hesitate
