Stay away from this company. I ordered 2 pairs of ECHT Shorts. What I received were 2 pair of really inferior crap 💩 no name shorts. When I asked for a refund no nothing. I also tried to change the colour of 1 pair only to be told that the order had been dispatched. They are not based in the USA but are based on mainland China. I am not the first person that has been ripped off. STAY AWAY. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF

I wish I had gone on here first. Wasted around £40. The item I bought took weeks to arrive and when it did it was nothing like it was on the website. Unbranded, poor quality shorts. Didn't fit properly and the seams were not sown properly.

I've requested a refund but as yet have received no correspondence. I'm hoping since I used PayPal I might be able to get a refund through their guarantee.

Do not buy anything from this company. Waited over 2 months and chased several times, then to be told item returned to China at my expense because of delivery issue.
Their online tracker is useless too as it’s principally in Chinese.

Received product that came from China. Took several weeks and after not hearing anything I asked for a refund, suddenly next day it ships and they finally get back saying your order shipped and cannot be refunded until it arrives. Upon arrival I then ask for a return authorization number and a few days later I get that. Then I go to post office and return shipping to china cost more than the product itself. Complained to Beast factor and all they say is per there agreement customer is to pay all shipping charges! So unless you live in China it is not worth supporting this company

The clothing is very poor quality, I ordered medium and it came back extra small. I spent £120 on 5 items, not one item fitted me! The sleeveless hoody almost ripped whilst I was trying to put it on?! They basically order it from China for pennies and get it shipped directly to your address, charging top dollar. If you complain and ask for your money back, they then tell you, you can have your money back but you have to ship the clothing back to China which costs more than what you paid for the clothes in the first place! Beast Factor are con artists.

DO NOT BUY from this company! they made is appear that you're ordering from north america when the truth is it's from China. it's been more than a month now and i still haven't received my product.

Do not buy from this company. The products are the cheapest Chinese garbage I’ve ever seen. They do not fit and if you are unsatisfied they offer a 15% discount to keep them or ship back to China which is more expensive than the product cost.
Total rip off.

The Quality has not best in this store already I buy it but not good some factor.

Genuine scam!
Ordered a jogging pants from them and took 1,5 month to come. (Not on time for a birthday which was in a month after the order!). The quality is ridiculously cheap.

I complained and I was told:
1/ Normal delivery times vary between 26-49 days
2/ Our suppliers are in China
3/ If you want a return, you have to pay the shipment directly to our suppliers, the brand is well aware of it and will play the card « we understand that the shipping can exceed the cost of the shipment »
4/ Finally will propose you 15% refund, 25% if you negotiate...

Keep away from them!!!!

Thumbs up to Beast Factor!!! Just bought my beast hoodie at big discount…Thought I couldn’t avail one ‘coz I hardly find the right size for me but they have quite a range of sizes available.

This is fraud. I have Waited 2 Month on the delivery and still not arrived.
And they send me a tracking number but not wich site i Can track it.
It is also a chinese site and not a english as it look.

Good delivery ... from China. Free delivery. BUT .. 95% cotton is equal to 95% polyester and a XXL life 85 - 105, becomes a XXL life 74 !!! The size are for Chinese and not Europeans !! There is plenty of room for improvement - DAMN!

If you want to trade, you must pay the freight to China and they disclaim all responsibility for defects in the products!

My recommendation - FIND A OTHER PLACE TO SHOP !!
