Lean and bop

So picture this. Major shopping at primark so you no man's was loaded.
Paper doggo primark bag was 1 minute from collapse. Be at one staff went beyond and found us a table when fully booked. Drinks arrived within a few minutes and accompanied by a rain resistance plastic bag(not good for the environment I know) however really appreciated Dan in the bath branch....well done sir.. As well as the whole bar.

Disgusting customer service

Made a booking for a table on the 25th September 2020 and paid a £25 deposit. Upon arrival my husband and I were advised we would have to check in using the NHS app. My husband did use the app with his phone but I couldnt do this as I have a very old phone that wont scan. I was advised by the doorman and another member of staff that I would not be able to enter and that it was a legal requirement by the government to use the NHS track and trace app. I advised this was not the case - it was a legal requirement for them to take my contact details as per the government's website but it didnt have to be via that app. They refused to listen. They said it stated on Be at One's website they would require customer's to use the app. It doesnt. It states you must provide them with your contact details which they will keep for 21 days. They said I couldnt come in and would have to email to get my deposit back. The next day I left feedback on their head office site customer form - to this day no one has ever come back to me. I emailed the bar direct who said that the staff were confused and had got it wrong, and that they would chase up their head office. I still havent heard back. Ive called the bar but no-one replies to my voicemails. Someone called Stefano was replying to my emails but I cant get any response from him now either. Still no sign of my £25 refund. Disgusting. I, and everyone I know, will not be going in any Be at One bars ever again.
