It was the easiest and the cheapest option to go with Beat the bank, one quote I received prior wanted me to print sign, fill out and scan 20-30 pages, whereas Beat the Bank was able to have it all filled out with a questionnaire, and to have me electronically sign it at the end just sped up the entire process
