DO NOT BUY SCAM COMPANY
DO NOT BUY. This is a scam. The reviews in September were all fake. Ordered in Oct 27 and straight away got confirmation e mail it was dispatched? Too fast to be true, also there were strange display of pricing etc. Also the payment account for the goods show up that it was paid through PayPal which was not the case but was through direct debit. I think this company is disingenuous throwing a red herring to block my bank from looking into the payment to do a chargeback. The tracking information looks dodgy and shows the parcel stuck at uk customs since 12 Nov. Also there was no indication on the website that the products are posted from Australia, it is listed as UK based. It should be - not even 1 star. Someone should stop these fraudsters. They are not replying to e mails and on line chat. Also the website was down for a couple of weeks?

Scam. Fake website. Suddenly on expected delivery date all tracking and contact information became obsolete. Pay heed to the old adage "Too Good to be True". Can't believe I was taken in.
Update:- Paid by credit card so raised dispute with bank. Bank has fully refunded. This, says it all.

Scam website. Looked like a uk website with prices in £s. Ordered on 6th Oct, tracking says from Australia? Taken money and no delivery. Have not replied to any emails or online chat. Abysmal! Would like a refund but no contact. Avoid at all costs.
UPDATE: Fed Ex have confirmed tracking information is false. They have no record of this shipment.

SCAM website listed with UK address
This website has a UK address , email and phone number listed. This company is claiming to be uk based.It is not and it is a lie.
If you go to check the 'tracking' it says it is coming form Australia. What that probably means is 'China' via Australia- That means for uk customers import duty and customs.
The phone number will never answer- you get put on a loop of 'hold' The chat function is never answered. I paid by paypal and called them up and they instantly refunded my money - therefore you also know that paypal have had enough complaints to already try and shut the paypal function for them down. The paypal account is held by a different account(email) than the website too, If you look at the fake reviews below you will see there start on september the 8th of 2022- it usually takes paypal about 6 weeks to get enough complaints to refund anyone who calls without them having to do an investigation for each caller. As my tracking says it is 'in transit', I will update her IF i actually get anything (or a customs notice saying the are holding it).
