So glad I ordered

I was initially a little nervous ordering wallpaper from the UK to the US, but my experience with Beaumonde was excellent from start to finish. The website was easy to use, delivery times were clearly explained, and my order arrived surprisingly quickly considering it was international shipping

The wallpaper was packaged extremely well and arrived in perfect condition with no damage at all. The quality exceeded my expectations and the colours and finish looked exactly like the photos online. Customer service was also very responsive when I had a question before ordering

Overall, a really smooth experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Beaumonde again for future home projects

Great products and a great service!

I’ve ordered homeware online from a lot of places over the years, but this was one of the few stores where everything actually looked like the photos when it arrived. The quality genuinely surprised me for the price point, and the packaging made it feel really premium. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the products they choose. I’ve already placed a second order and recommended them to two friends.

The Missing Lampshades

Ordered some lampshades. Waited and waited... no sign, no update about dispatch or anything. Turns out they lost them.. I dont know where, and I dont know why they were playing hide and seek with my lampshades... Clearly the lampshades won the game of hide and seek convincingly, though. If I hadnt contacted customer services, they'd have just pocketed the £50, so I'm glad I chased them up on the matter. I'm now living in my bedroom with two lightbulbs on a stick. No shade... its quite sad. They said that they are now unable to fulfil my order as apparently there are none of these lampshades anywhere in the UK. I know for a fact that there are at least two... they just dont know where they are anymore.

Thank you for your review, we are really sorry for your experience when ordering with us.

Unfortunately, there was a system breakdown at the time your order was dispatched, and the parcel went missing between leaving our depot and the courier collection. This meant the order was never scanned into the courier network, which is why there were no tracking updates and why we were unaware there was an issue until you contacted our customer service team.

As soon as you made us aware, we investigated and tried to resolve the situation straight away. Unfortunately, by that point the lampshades had sold out, so we were unable to send a replacement. Because of this, we issued you an immediate refund.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after waiting and then finding out they couldn’t be replaced, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you again for bringing it to our attention, and we’re very sorry for the trouble caused, next time we will do better!

Top class customer service!

Top class customer service!

We recently bought two dog beds from the company.

I contacted them following the order placed to confirm delivery. They responded the same day and the items were delivered as promised on the date suggested.

The quality of the dog beds was fantastic bur unfortunately, they were too small for our dogs.

Again I contacted Customer Services and they responded the same day to guide me through the return process.

Tom who dealt with my queries was fantastic and certainly be purchasing from them again based on the experience I’ve had.

Keep up the fantastic customer care!

Super service

The range of high quality wall paper…

The range of high quality wall paper was just amazing on beaumonde. I spent a long time looking and found exactly what I wanted, it was pricey but that was my choice. I did have a little wobble as it took longer to arrive than I expected but Customer Service were great and chased it for me. My decorator confirms that it is very high quality paper and it looks just amazing. I recommend this company…. Just check about potential returns ( as it happened both rolls were used so I didn’t have to return) as some rolls seems not to be eligible and that’s a big problem when you are paying top dollar!

Great Products, Fast Delivery.

I placed an order with Beaumonde back in July and was really impressed from start to finish. The quality of the products was excellent, even better than I expected, and everything arrived carefully packaged and right on time. Months later, the pieces are still looking beautiful and feel genuinely well made, which really says a lot.
I also loved the email communication throughout. It felt considered, helpful, and never pushy, which made the whole experience feel very reassuring. It’s definitely a brand I trust, and I already know I’ll be ordering more once we move and start furnishing our next space.

This shop is honestly a joke

This shop is honestly a joke. The website promises delivery within 3–5 days, but I ended up waiting 20 days.

I contacted sales for help, but while they responded, they were not helpful at all and offered no real solution or clear information.

In the end, the package was delivered to the wrong address, and I was given no way to track where it went or how to collect it.

This has been a frustrating and stressful experience from start to finish.
I strongly recommend avoiding this business.

When you contacted us to chase your order, we responded and confirmed the same timeframe, provided the latest estimated delivery date, and advised that tracking details would be sent as soon as they became available, which they were.

Your order was delivered on the 11th business day, which is one day outside the stated delivery window. For this delay, we do sincerely apologise. However, we do feel it is important to clarify that you were kept informed throughout and that tracking information was provided.

You’ve also mentioned that you had no way to track the parcel. Our records show that tracking details were sent to you, and we subsequently provided confirmation from the courier, including GPS data, showing the parcel was delivered to your building address.

We take full responsibility for our orders and always aim for a smooth and transparent customer experience, so we’re disappointed that this fell short of your expectations. Your feedback is taken seriously and helps us continue to improve how we communicate and support our customers.

Wonderful customer service!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Beaumonde.
I ordered wallpaper earlier in the year, which was delivered on time as expected. Due to delays on our build, I never opened the box until the wallpaper asked me to check the directions on the label… then I realised I’d ordered the wrong colour option.
I contacted Beaumonde and they went above and beyond to resolve the situation for me.
Deeply grateful and I would absolutely recommend them as a company.

Bought a clock from the website

Bought a clock from the website. Delivery was great and the clock was perfect. When a fault with the clock materialised a few months later, Beaumonde’s customer service was fantastic. They contacted the manufacturer and had a new one promptly sent out. Excellent customer service!!

Excellent service for my cancellation

I ended up cancelling my order and the service was still excellent. I ordered the wrong product and assumed I would have to have the order delivered and then return it - not a great prospect as it was a giant beanbag! I emailed beaumonde on a Sunday afternoon and the response was prompt and courteous, with the money showing as pending in my account by Monday morning. Shout out to Tom, thank you!

Excellent customer service

I ordered a chair and emailed to ask for delivery to be delayed whilst we were on holiday. Very quick response confirming that wasn’t a problem. The chair was delivered a few days after our return but sadly was damaged in transit. I emailed the company and had an immediate response with a solution to the problem. Wonderful service, polite and helpful and clearly care about their customers. In spite of the issue I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.
