Ordered at the start of February, got lost so she sent again… and it came from Amazon!
If my customer wanted sweet tubs from Amazon, she would have just ordered them from there instead of your website.
Also one of the tubs wrong as well.

Was 3 bits of paper, with blurry print , a pen and a charm.
WAS NOT FREE AT ALL. I have a photo was exactly all i received.

Some people just like to try pull businesses down I guess, such a shame your bitterness against people you don't know is really u health. "FREE" it certainly were free, you only paid postage which is standard for all items on our website you could of ordered several things and still only paid one postage fee, also we saw your delivery photo too it were slightly more than that but let's not be fussy. We won't be updating another reply from your review we've moved on from it I recommend you do too. Be positive in life it'll get you far. Again, Enjoy your weekend xx

If you haven't recieved your order you can email us and we can contact them to chase this for you not a problem we have had no email to our enquiries email from yourself to ask for an update which we would of appreciated before leaving a review that isn't completely correct as we would of helped you and given you any update you needed. The code wasn't given out to customers to abuse. It were given to affiliates with instructions to only use on one item from the selection per order. Unfortunately some people like to abuse small businesses that work hard and give incentives as such. Your face mask were sent via royal mail however you have recieved a full refund so this also is an unfair review from again the same circle of friends who abused a code given by an affiliate. You also only contacted five minutes before leaving this review so to state you hadn't had a reply which you have is also unfair but that's your perogative. Delivered on weds 15th Dec if you check your tracking there is an image and GPS which shows the address on the order. You could also have contacted us if there were an issue and we could of looked at this for you. Please do not leave false reviews about small businesses that aren't true it's unfair and also can be reported as slanderous. Regardless of that we wish you a merry Christmas all the best!

They did not deliver all my order. I order quite a bit from this website and only 1 thing arrived also I order more than 1 of this product yet they only sent one out and claimed they delivered it all

Morning Katie you are referring to the order you placed where we stated just ONE item at 99% Off on black Friday. You tried ordering several which were refunded instantly and we fulfilled the one eligible item per our terms and conditions which you also recieved on Thursday 9th Dec 2021. We had mega discounts across our store for Black Friday but the 99% Off items were only to be added to cart once. Please ensure you be correct when leaving reviews for small businesses rather than skipping over the fact you were refunded for the multipul uses of code which you were immediately refunded for.
