I paid and booked online only to turn…

I paid and booked online only to turn up and they said that I have to wait for another car to be done before mine. The guy was abrupt and not friendly. I waited for over an hour to get 1 tyre replaced due to slashing and baldness. They did not let me know it was complete. I had to go back to the shop to check as it was taking so long. I went to the reception area and they never acknowledged me and just gave me an invoice and keys. I said thank you but still they did not say a word to me.

Sorry I gave a poor review because even…

Sorry I gave a poor review because even though I booked online for a particular time I had to wait for hours. Seem stupid saying you can book online only for multiple bookings to be made at the same time slot as people ring through as well and they don’t check who may have booked online. I had to wander aimlessly to Maitland and back and then ended up in a pub. I won’t be going back.
