Excellent service provided by Beaurepairs. I visited to have a punctured tyre replaced but upon identifying an issue with all four tyres previously installed by Beaurepairs, all four tyres were replaced for the price of one.

They removed my tyre pressure…
They removed my tyre pressure monitoring system valves and the new valves they put in were all not correctly seated and all had a slow leak.

Fantastic customer service
I booked my appointment and paid for tyres online.
When I arrived the morning of my appointment (1st day of operation after Christmas) the manager apologised and advised he did not have those tyres in stock. He did a fantastic job ringing around to get me 4 tyres that day. I was very impressed and the result fortunately for me were better Hankook tyres at the lower Dunlop promotional price. This is unfortunate for the poor franchisee that had to honour this even though the online system allowed me to book the out of stock tyres.
