This product is really really really bad, I'm shocked to see their pricing and fooling the public. Close shop, stop calling it AI, it's not even close. Do not waste your time and money on this thing, i'm surprised the firm still has employees and is still running.

I tried the product and was not satisfied. I signed for the trial and cancelled. Few days later I still got charged for the year, even after canceling the trial

Signed up for the Pro trial as I was seeing if the product worked for my Son who was trying to use it to create a presentation for a job interview.
The product was frustrating and we ended up going back to old school PowerPoint.
Of course, I forgot to cancel and when I realised, I was 2 days too late.
I contacted them to explain and they out right refused to entertain a refund, not even a partial refund.
Most companies will do this, if you've accidentally let a trial expire.
Whilst I get that they have to have some cut off point, I felt 2 days could have been overlooked.
The most annoying thing is that I won't be using it, as it really is a frustrating and pointless product. I wouldn't have been so upset if it was a cool piece of software but the reality is, that you might as well stick with PowerPoint or Canva.
The export to PowerPoint isn't 100%

I rarely leave negative reviews on software, but my experience with Beautiful.ai has been nothing short of frustrating. The platform was never actually helpful for any of my presentations. Templates are generic, rigid, and customization is limited, and I found it impossible to create anything that truly fit my needs... besides very expensive!

What’s even worse is their payment policy: they charge a full year’s subscription in advance without any clear notification, and there is no straightforward way to cancel or get a refund. This feels misleading and unfair, esp. for new users just trying out the service.

Customer support was unhelpful and slow to respond, leaving me feeling helpless and stuck with a service I don’t use. If you’re looking for a flexible, user-friendly presentation tool or value transparency in billing, I strongly recommend you avoid Beautiful.ai.

My "Go-To"! Beautiful.ai has made building workshop decks fun & efficient. I love the experience it delivers during interactive workshops. I also really appreciate the export options. Everything about it has leveled up the aesthetics of presentations!

Great presentation software!

Absolutely love being able to make nice presentations without any effort other than content

They do not provide a contract. They do not have a space where you can delete or even see your where they store your credit card information. You can't delete your profile. The customer service never gets back to you and they will continue to charge you no matter how many times you cancel it.

They are fraudulent and a scam. Plus ai is now built into every single platform,they have nothing to offer the public.

Gorgeous product - absolutely lives up to it's promise to make consistently good presentations. Unfortunately - the complete disregard for bugs, and unresponsive support (only to be rude and dismissive when reached) makes this whole platform a big question mark for me. We are on the verge of just going back to Google Slides.

Beautiful.ai improved a lot the way I prepare presentations. I love the fact that at all stage of the redaction process, the slides are always beautiful.

Why I haven’t gotten any response from you yet? And I wasn’t given any refund for the annual subscription? I cancelled it it within the first 24 hours of the purchase and emailed and contacted the number +14152360955 and no response at all, I explained that you made me struggle financially because you took off a lot of money from me and you just didn’t care at all? Where is my refund???????!!!!!!!! If I don’t receive a refund within one day I will make sure to make a formal complaint about your company.

I love this AI app as a tool. It creates presentations that are accurate and very useful. It is also easy to use, it will not give you a hard time in creating and downloading or sharing the file created with this tool. In addition, this app saves me a lot of time!

I really like the software... the only thing I would have like if there was a automatic PDF conversion.

I purchased the app hoping to use it for a specific purpose, which unfortunately it couldn’t support. However, the customer support team was outstanding. They did everything they could to assist me, and when it turned out not to be possible, they promptly refunded my money.
Overall, I was very impressed with the app itself; my only issue was that my expectations for the premium subscription didn’t match its features. If I ever need it, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase the Team subscription. Excellent support and complete transparency. Thank you!

Update: I was contacted by customer service and they agreed to refund my money and give me access to the platform for 30 days.

I signed up for the free 7-day trial after hearing good things about this tool. As part of the process, I entered my credit card info — but instead of honoring the trial period, they immediately charged me for the full month.

I reached out to support, expecting a quick fix. Instead, I was told, "We don’t issue refunds, but we’ll cancel your subscription for next month." That’s not helpful when the issue is being charged during a supposed free trial.

Trial users, beware — this experience was misleading and disappointing.
