Finally, after what seemed like a very long wait for pay day I purchased the Doe Eyes Mascara! OH MY GOD! Having hooded eyes I've really struggled to find a mascara that doesn't bleed onto my lids and make a complete mess! Not only that I have very short lashes... WELL NOT ANYMORE! I'm shocked how good this mascara is! The thin curved head is a total game changer! It came all wrapped up in pretty tissue paper, with a how to guide! This has given me the confidence now to look at other stuff. I will be making more purchases! Thank you Katie and all at Beauty and the Boutique ❤️ Totally worth the money.... My other mascara has now gone to bin heaven.

Best company I’ve ever dealt with!
They are brilliant! My order arrived this morning and one of the products was broken up and the powder was all over the box. I emailed them with a photo and within minutes they emailed back telling me they’d sent out a replacement! All their products are very well wrapped, so this was obviously a rare occurrence. I messaged them back to say how happy I was and what a fabulous company they are. I’ve bought lots of their products and they’re top quality and Katie’s tutorials are brilliant too! The staff are so nice and I can’t praise them enough!

Outstanding customer service, but disappointed with products
I really wanted to love these products, but unfortunately they have been a disappointment overall.
Starting with the eyeliner: I initially had an issue with it and must say the customer service was excellent. They were responsive and sent me a replacement straight away, which I appreciated. Sadly, the replacement wasn’t any better. The tip is extremely soft and simply doesn’t hold. It crushes against the eyelid instead of gliding on smoothly. I even bought two different pencil sharpeners trying to get a proper tip, but each time was flattened rather than sharpened, and eventually snapped in the middle. It’s frustrating to use and impossible to get a clean line.
The eye concealer was another let-down. I really don’t like the finish. It has a dewy look that doesn’t suit me at all.
As for the eyebrow pencil, the colour payoff is very poor. The shade barely transfers onto my skin, making it ineffective and difficult to use, no matter how much I build it up.
Despite the excellent customer service, the actual makeup quality is, in my experience, very average.

One very positive note is that Beauty and the Boutique has outstanding customer service. I am genuinely appreciative and grateful for how quickly and professionally they responded to my review and issued an immediate refund. This level of care really stood out, and I’m sure, seing other positive reviews that some of their products are excellent.

Fuller Looking Lashes Bundle
I bought Fuller Looking Lashes Bundle. It's wonderful. The pencil is creamy yet stays put. The lash builder DOES work. And the mascara is great - very pigmented and it actually keeps my ancient lashes separated.

Katie so lovely as is her makeup
For Christmas I asked for rested and youthful under eye perfecter and one of the eye Jewell’s cream eyeshadow. I just love them both! I love not having to wear a face of foundation as the rested and youthful is amazing, you need so little of it too. I wore the eye Jewels Xmas day and it was so easy to blend and as claimed stayed put all day with no creases, I am 51 now so everything helps! I’ve now ordered the other 2 colours in the cream eyeshadow range and now the doe eyes mascara that is on its way to me.
The packaging is beautiful and feels like such a treat, lots of care went into it. Thanks for all the tips too. Just brilliant

I think Doe Eyes mascara is totally…
I think Doe Eyes mascara is totally amazing!
It’s the first ever waterproof mascara that hasn’t transferred to my upper lids (sometimes even before leaving the house!) and that has stayed put all day. It is also super easy to take off, without pulling out half of my lashes! On top of that, it even survived the front of the Hornblower boat going into Niagara Falls (on holiday in Toronto)! That’s some staying power, as even though I had my sunglasses on, I got absolutely drenched 😂

Very happy with my items
Just received my first order and I’m very pleased with the items. Haven’t tried everything but the mascara, omg it was effortless and my lashes look like they did 10+ years ago! What a wonderful company, with a really personal feel. Customer Service is outstanding. The products definitely live up to the hype and product demonstrations online. I have been following Katie's make up turorials for some time via Facebook and her product site, and wanted to try the under eye concealer Rested & Youthful. It most definitely lives up to it's name. The Doe Eye Mascara and Cosmic Glow are equally as impressive. In all 3 instances a little of the product, goes a long way. Products are sent out quickly and beautifully packaged. 🌟I have never felt the urge to write a review on here- but my experience with this lovely company has made me want to share and highlight how fab they are. 🌟
Beautiful make up that is cruelty free, with such pretty packaging and each makeup product I have bought is so good!
I stumbled on one of Katies makeup tutorials on FB and learnt so much from her friendly, simple demos and felt inspired to
buy a few of the products she had shown how to use.
I have M.E and fibromyalgia and am often house bound and rarely feel well enough to visit shops and so rely on online shops to buy from.
I bought the Doe Eye mascara which really delivers dramatic , long lashes, the brown eyeliner has such lovely soft pigment and my favourite - the rose gold 24hr mode eye shadow is soooo pretty and soooo easy to apply just with your finger.
My sister bought me the Rested and Youthful under eye perfector for my birthday ( I have dark circles and roseasa and dark spots) and it covers it all really nicely but the medium shade she bought was a little dark for my skin going into the winter months.
So I contacted the company via email and I got such a speedy response that was so personal to me and helpful. They suggested I send a photo of my face in daylight to check which shade would be best. After doing so they sent such a kind, friendly, positive message with such helpful advice
It really made my day and then to my surprise they sent out the fair shade to me there and then💖 for free.💖
It arrived again quickly, beautifully wrapped and even had a little pack of love hearts🩷🧡💛 so kind and thoughtful. And the fair shade suits me perfectly.
I hope other people who have lost some confidence and want a pick me up - do try out this companies products. I will definately continue following Katies tutorials and watch the free makeup classes I was sent and buy more makeup too🥰
