the worst product ever
I would like to tell that I used this product…it is the worst product ever I have ever used.. my hair is sooo dry and I am so disappointed!!!!
This is an update to my previous Review:
After contacting customer service, I realized that I had been using the product incorrectly. They were extremely helpful, professional, and kind — I truly appreciate their support and the time they took to guide me through the right steps. They provided all the necessary tips to restore the health and shine of my hair.
It’s very important to follow the instructions carefully. After using the hair mask correctly (the bottle 3 in the products is the intensive mask which can be used several times after washing), my hair became smooth and shiny again (After the second washing). Now, after showering, the frizz is completely gone — which is especially amazing because I used to struggle with annoying frizz during the summer.
This product is excellent, but as I mentioned, it definitely needs to be followed by a moisturizing for best results.
