Wouldn’t even give 1 star.

Sent 2 broken products. I had to pay postage off £14 to return.

I then sent both products back and they have stolen my money.

30 days later. No money, no communication, nothing.

I have sent several emails and had nothing back.

Stupidly I ordered a jumpsuit from an advert on Pinterest. Received it after weeks of waiting to get a jumpsuit in the wrong colour, different material and length only meant for some 5ft or less. I have sent the item back at my own expense so fingers crossed I get a refund. Avoid at all costs!

This is clearly a scam. Order had been in transit for weeks, no response from customer service. Do not order from them. I am n the process of reporting this so called company!

I rarely buy things from adverts but I decided to give a bra they were promoting on Pinterest a try. I very carefully studied their provided size guide & ordered accordingly. The item I ordered was for a DD-E cup and what has come couldn't accommodate more than a B-C cup. I wish I could post pics of the item next to a standard T-shirt bra for people to see just how ridiculous it is. The website I ordered from was co.uk. Shipping info page states they ship from Europe, USA & Asia but there is no mention of having to return items to Germany at your own expense. I am not returning because I changed my mind or don't like it, the item doesn't match their size guide by a significant amount thus, imo, they should take responsibility for rectifying the issue without leaving me out of pocket. The website states "if we have made an error we will take full responsibility"- they dont!
I've asked twice now (after several emails getting nowhere) for their complaints escalation procedure & received nothing but another email telling me the same waffle about returning the item. It's yet another rubbish quick buck company with morons operating customer service, unable to read the history and respond to emails properly & they are making profit from having your money in their bank whilst you deal with nonsense. No doubt some representative will leave a comment here about them being sorry to hear of my experience & to contact them, but if they cared they would be contacting me directly to sort it out.

I recently purchased a lip plumper, there advertisements are fake and deceiving as they claim to plump your lips beyond imagination however they give you 2 tiny bottles for £17 one has a day plumper and one has a night oil. The oil is any old standard oil which doesn’t do anything what so ever and the day oil is a bit sticky and glossy i believe it has peppermint oil in it which gives a slight tingly feeling to the lips, apart from this there is nothing. So that is £17 down the drain as i contacted them for a refund and they refused. Awful customer service and awful fake company.

Bought silicon shoe protectors and they are absolute rubbish! They are basically a Marigold glove! As soon as you wear them outside they ripped and then ruined my wife’s new trainers! Pointless waste of time!

Second everything that’s been said in previous reviews. Just received order of the hair removal solution after weeks of waiting and find that it is just a tea tree pre-wax wash solution in a bottle that is the size of a sample, the skin tag removal serum is also a big con as it was just scented water.

Do NOT order from this company! I ordered Skin Tag Removal Serum - it was more like water than serum and it was absolutey useless at around £14 which the company would not refund!! It didn't make any difference whatsoever after applying it twice a day (morning and night). I would NOT recommend this company to anyone - the reviews speak for themselves!

As damaged inner packaging that was obviously damaged when packed seems to be acceptable. Absolutely! unacceptable

I ordered the BB cream in said colour under the cream brighten. When item arrived it came with a number not the colour. Customer services are none existent. I asked why they use Brighten and natural on website but numbers on products. This was completely ignored several times. They refused to exchange products even the one that was broken. Do not use this company it sells substandard Chinese rubbish.

Was impressed with this bag when it first arrived. The pouch was a little bit smaller than I had hoped but colour and material were lovely. Unfortunately within the first few weeks of use I was walking down the road when the whole thing broke in half! The clips holding the two sides together gave way smashing my phone to the ground. I sent a picture of the attached to BeautyClam’s customer service and have been told the “damage” was my fault and they would not refund or send me a new bag. As they could clearly see from the picture, there is no “damage”; the gold clips have clearly given way. If the weight of carrying a mobile phone is too much for the pouch then there should be some kind of disclaimer stating this. I’m frankly shocked by their very poor customer service. Will most definitely not be buying from this company again.
I also tried to post this review on their website and it was refused! AVOID!!!’n

Ordered item, sizing not as described. They insist it is and will only refund when I return item. Fair enough however that will cost more than the item so I will end up out of pocket!!!! Worst purchase ever! Very unhelpful.

Do not buy from this company the items they sell are not to fit uk sizes.

Their customer service is shockingly bad. Save your time and money and avoid them at all costs!

Beautyclam on Pinterest... Ordered Carr Ken over the shoulder bag...with zip pouch in the middle in black.. for coins.. received bag that doesn't have this details.. Customer care😤 ordered in January received 1st week on March... which was not a issue.. I would not order anything from this site again!
