Not sure it’s a genuine product

I ordered a tinted moisturiser in a colour that had been discontinued. I was trying to stock up before supplies ran out. I thought this was a UK company because of the web address but when checking out found I was charged for postage from Europe.
Delivery took a while but it did arrive. It was a few months before I opened it because I was using up previous supplies. When I did open the box recently I found the product colour was nothing like it should be…very orange rather than fair neutral skin tone. Upon inspection there are slight differences in the tube that make me think it’s not a genuine Laura Mercier product, although the outer box is very convincing. Based on other reviews I haven’t bothered trying to get my money back because I don’t think I would be successful. £50 wasted…I’ll read the Trustpilot reviews in advance next time I think about ordering from an internet supplier I don’t know!

Paid for my order

Paid for my order, never received – false delivery proof!

I paid 113.15 EUR on 16/09/2025 for my order (hair mask) from Beautycos.
The parcel was supposed to be delivered to my address in Paris (58 Avenue des Ternes, 75017 Paris).

❌ I NEVER received the parcel.
❌ The GLS “Proof of Delivery” shows a signature that is not mine.
❌ Nobody contacted me, no courier came to my address.

I have already provided Beautycos with an Affidavit of Non-Receipt, proving officially that I did not get the parcel. Despite this, they are still ignoring my request and even sent me an email asking for a positive review – while I have no product!

⚠️ This is unacceptable. I trusted Beautycos as an official shop, but this looks like fraud.

👉 I demand that Beautycos immediately resend my product or refund me. Otherwise, I will escalate this case via my bank (chargeback procedure) and consumer protection authorities.

📎 I have full proof: bank payment confirmation, GLS parcel number 92197190269, “Proof of Delivery” with a fake signature, and my official affidavit.

NOT IMPRESSED

The customer service dept was prompt to reply to emails but not very good at resolving the problem or following through with the courier company, saying they did pass on information when they did not. I ordered the item on the 4th Jan it finally arrived on the 23rd Jan.

Ordering a professional hair dryer - NOT

Ordering a professional hair dryer - for professionals. It lacked power. SO NOT FOR PRO'S. I wanted to return it in order to buy something else: not possible. Because it was used. Of course it was used (10 seconds) how else can I see how it functions. I consider this verrrry poor client service. Never heard of such a ridiculous return policy. This 225 euro hair dryer does not perform. And now I am left with something that does not function good enough. Never again!!!
