This is a scam . Ordered on the 28 of June and nothing has been delivered . Contacted the customer services 4 times with no reponse . So not buy from this company

As others have said ordered but never received, then you cannot email
Them ,waste of money fuming 😡

Same for me - paid for products was really excited - but the tracking said they were delivered on the 19th June - no products received and no support offered just a horrible confusing email full of non sense jargon - have not received a refund or any explanation- terrible company will never use again - total SCAM

I made an order beginning of June still not received. I contacted them via email and did get a reply to say that they would investigate. Since then I sent numerous emails that have all bounced back as failed. The i have tried to make contact via or routes but unfortunately all the same email address. Do not use.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I ordered, in good faith, on 4 June 2026, I am still waiting for my order; tracking says it was delivered on 11 June - it was not, I work from home and would not have missed the order. I now cannot contact the company as all my emails bounce back undelivered.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

Same experience as everyone else. My order never arrived, was marked as delivered but the last mile postcode was not mine.
Emailed to complain and received a response, but then all my follow up messages bounced.
Got a refund from my bank.

Avoid - scam

Absolute scam!!!!! Sent a tracking link you can’t even open. Then says delivered but it was delivered to an address in another county not near where I live! Kept responding with the same generic email and 3 weeks later finally respond telling me it’s delivered and if I have issues to contact my bank for a chargeback which would help them out tremendously!!! This company needs shutting down as they scam people so they get paid and banks have to reimburse the customer so they lose money instead!! Had to have my card details changed . SCUM!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Regardless of how many posts they have done advertising they are legitimate regarding the Dr Melaxin products it’s simply not true & a complete scam to get your money. This is absolutely appalling as they are targeting people trying to make themselves feel better with the products etc. They are absolutely revolting & need to be shut down as soon as possible. Lesson learnt!

Absolute scum bags, i put order in via Facebook, they sent tracking number said it had been delivered, looked at tracking it was sent to Cardiff in Wales, i live in England, did get a few emails back, now the inbox is full and can't receive anymore emails, lesson learnt

Ordered through FB advertisement page of Dr Melaxin products, Item was showing as delivered on Shop app, tried to query this, Transport company states they are a third party and to contact the merchant retailer, sent email to Beauty Lab, replied and then blocked me, Had to do a charge back via bank. Be aware this is a scam and do not sell Dr melaxin official products. Shop is a rubbish app for navigating around and trying to dispute the app is certainly not user friendly. Be very cautious of impulse buying from this site. If it sounds too good to be true, It definitely is

Terrible company. Never received my products. Tried contacting them and they never reply.

Scammers do not purchase from this company. Waited over a month for delivery. Not received so Emailed to check status, received an email back to say they were looking into it, now emails are bouncing back.

SCAM COMPANY. As per other reviews they ship to the wrong address say they will look into it then nothing customer service mail box if full. All platforms just block this company from advertising DO NOT ORDER

Placed an order. Haven’t received goods can not contact company. Email address doesn’t work. My emails are sent back. !!!!

Really wish I’d checked the reviews first. Fake delivery details provided, no order arrived and now the customer support email just bounces back.

Stay away from this company , item supposed been delivered to Newcastle upon tyne and i lived in nottingham ( supposed to be looking into it , that was over 3 week ago , now they inbox is full ! Not accepting any email , been in touch with my bank hopefully will get my money back this way , so people don't use this company ( specially after all the bad review i had just seen ) wish i seen it before i had place my order , i would had stay well away .

Absolute scam. Say my parcel was delivered and it wasn't. Trying to get feedback is like getting blood out of a stone. Scam artist.

They are a scam site like other review my order was marked as delivered then when contacted they have not come back to me and now the inbox is full. Offers too good to be true for a reason don’t fall for it.

Said it was delivered. It wasn’t. Poor customer service. I think this is a scam
