I ordered a swimming costume from this firm on 21st September. I only received it on 17th October. When I e mailed the company about my order they then told me that it was out of stock. I queried this as I hadn't been notified and the item was still available for sale on the website.
Customer services then offered me a refund or a replacement item. I gave 3 alternatives in case any were out of stock and suggested that they sent it express delivery free of charge. I pointed out that the original was still available on the website.
I then got an e mail to say that the original item was in stock and on its way_ no express delivery.
It was nearly a month before I got my order, so not very happy with the service.

*DO NOT USE* wish I'd checked here first. Orderd 2 swimsuits, very poor quality. They give no option to return other than 'pay the shipping to America'. Had to settle for 50% refund and keep 2 items not worth a penny.

I have asked repeatedly for the companies address with no success.

I ordered two swimming costumes as advertised on the company website. Only one was delivered - and it was the wrong one! It was also cheap and nasty. I paid £50 for the original pair as advertised and have contacted the company for a resolution. I will contact PayPal if the company are not helpful. Beware before using this company!

I ordered swimwear but unfortunately it did not fit but trying to return it was impossible. Extremely frustrating and not made clear when ordering. If you are in the UK avoid ordering from this company

Same as many others, items were poor quality but there is no returns policy. They said they would refund 50% of the value but, despite numerous emails, the refund has not been sent.
Wish I'd checked here first. I'll never use this mob again.

I like others, thought I was ordering from a UK company, I placed an order then read reports and immediately cancelled the order within their time limit, as for confirmation, no reply until they informed me they had despatched the swimming costumes. I sent email after email but no reply, until I said I would report them. They would not give me an address to enable me to return, they just kept saying they only have one warehouse in USA that deals with returns and it would cost me £30 to return. Then they offered me 50% of amount I had paid and I could keep the items. I did not accept, they came back after lots more emails to say they would refund me 75% the other 25% would be what they charge for shipping and insurance. I placed the order and cancelled on the 12th June. I did not receive the refund until near the end of August.

Please DO NOT use this company!!!

Having sent our order with one item missing, I was told we would have to wait 15 days for a refund. That time has passed and still no refund. I had to email and contact them via Facebook messenger to get a response. It takes their “customer” service department around 3-5 days to respond.

Whatever you do, don’t buy anything from their website.

Thought I was buying from a UK co. Website states cancel in 24hrs full refund. Ordered 4 swims for choice & return others. I realised my error checked Trustpilot & in 12 mins had cancelled order. Also cancelled order via PayPal. Tried to cancel every time I got a shipment notice. Got no reply. 1 suit 42” & 1 34” others 36”. I hemmed 3 raw edge & ragged.
DONT go near them. PayPal disputes ruled for full £97.89 refund thank goodness!

This company are still operating & sad to say I fell for it! Returns not possible so it seems 😡

I ordered to swimming costumes from Beautycurve, when they came, they didn't fit, so I followed their instructions online to return items. That is when the problem starts, they offer a small amount and you keep the items. After several attempts to return, I had to go down the route of reporting them. Eventually I got most of my money back and got to keep the costumes. So DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you do keep pestering them and report the company.

My costume arrived and to be fair it was lovely to look at, but not what it was advertised as. There was no support whatsoever to it, and being quite busty, support is the main thing.
I wanted to return it and get a refund, but that was never going to happen. They offered me £5 not to return it. I couldn't believe it. I've still got the costume. Not worth the effort if trying to send it back. Of course that's what they want. Didn't receive the £5 either. LOL. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Complete rip off and they should be shut down. Same as other’s discount offered for items that did not fit me. They offered up to 70% discount as it would cost more to return the items to USA, even though they sell themselves as a UK based company. Got a refund through bank but so wrong that this company gets to keep doing this and keep people’s hard earned money. They should be ashamed!!!

As with previous comments, I believed I was ordering from a UK based company. DO NOT use this company, you cannot return anything!

As with everything pathetic emails offering a discount on next order as if!!!!! Just going through PayPal to get money back they took my money and couldn't even provide one of the items . Do NOT buy from here

I Had the same experience as everyone else. Such a con. PayPal got in touch with them when I submitted a claim. Was still offered only 50% refund on the goods but NOT the £7 shipping!
They are laughing all the way to the bank!

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Stupidly I actually ordered three swimsuits on 18/06 for an upcoming holiday. I believed I was dealing with a UK company, but the website is very misleading and draws you in. The goods didn't actually arrive until 07/07, because they were coming from god knows where abroad .Too late for my holiday, poor fit/quality. It's painful dealing with this company. Email responses are very laggy. I requested returning at least twice and only yesterday 31/07 have I finally got a returns address, which is in New Jersey USA. No free returns! I've just looked up wit Evri and it will cost me £23.44 to return a £63 order. Luckily I paid by credit card, so have challenged the transaction and hope they will refund me. Costumes can then go tin a charity bag. Steer well clear folks!

Thank you for teaching me a valuable lesson Beautycurve. I will always check reviews before ordering from a company online I haven't used before. My experience has been identical to all the reviews I have read.
I'm 2 months into emails back and forth trying to return the items,
Offered to refund £6 then £12 and a discount for future purchases on a £53 order, I replied to over 20 emails, literally saying I just want the return address and a full refund. Given the reason that the return would be to the US and never giving me the address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I can only ditto what all the other reviews have said. I wish I had seen reviews first, then I wouldn't have ordered from them. They are a terrible company. They don't answer email to start with, therfore you go over the time allowed for any refund. They REFUSE to give a full refund because they say of shipping fees. They barter constantly about the % of refund they will give you.
The material used on swimwear is very poor quality, and none of what I ordered fit well at all! Hence why I wanted a refund in the first place. Do your selves a favor. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. STAY WELL AWAY!

Had the same issue as everyone else. Reported to our bank who reversed the transaction last Friday. Today we have an email requesting we return the goods to the USA at our expense!!
