Top website with excellent customer service
I had a small issue concerning my order. This was resolved within 24 hours by a very polite and efficient customer relations representative. So top marks for the quality of the service.
I'd also like to add that Beauty expert have a clear and concise website with an efficient ordering system that was easy to use and place an order

False Promise
I received an email from you on the 20 July 2023 with an offer for 20% off my next order. I placed an order the next day and when I entered the discount code given at checkout it was labelled as "invalid". I tried several times but to no avail. There was no time limit or expiry date listed. I find this extremely disappointing and poor service.
