The exercises are good. The videos are not very well structured and in 2024 you kind of expect a tutorial video to have time stamps, some automatic subtitles, image inserted where is needed, especially for the >300$price. It may be also the "samcart" platform which may hinder some things and is especially annoying for making you sing in every single time you want to do the exercises. Again, good exercises, worth following, but the product (Glow &...) needs technical/logistical upgrade for that money.
