The body serum sits on the skin even if you follow there instructions. Drying just not enough moisture for our dry winters. Also way over priced. 75.00 for the face oils excuse me that’s insane

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent order placed on December 19th, which I have yet to receive.

As a first-time customer, this experience has been quite disappointing. After following up, I was informed that there was an issue with my delivery, and two days later, I was told the product would be sent out again. This order was intended as a Christmas gift, and the delays have caused significant frustration.

Given these difficulties, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Beauty From Bees to my friends and family based on this experience.

I just started using Beauty from Bees products. Their Face line, Body Serum and Body Creme, Leave In Conditioner. I love it all. The Body Serum is amazing for dry winter skin and menopause skin. Its actually hard to keep in my bathroom as my family seems to “borrow” it. Good thing I have 3 different scents.

Bought all of the creams and they all leave a greasy finish that doesn’t absorb. And their soap is very drying. Buyers have commented on the soap being drying on the Shop App and the company has replied that is designed to hydrate and nourish the hands but it’s not doing that. It also doesn’t lather and just slides off hands. They say it’s because of its all natural ingredients but I’ve used an all natural hand soap for years now that lathers well so I don’t agree. I’ll just stick with what I know I guess. I was looking forward to trying these products but their definitely not for Me.

Shampoo and cream rinse left my hair dull and lifeless, body lotion is okay but strange putting onto very wet skin. Someone reached out to me with suggestions, which I did try, but I unfortunately I cannot give a positive review.

I am a first time user with their face oil, face serum, and face wash….so far so good. My face feels great, oil absorbs nicely without a residue. The products are very expensive compared to their competitor, Bees Butter.
The downside of what I don’t like about the company is the ADs that they run when they are out of product. It’s easy to take them down however when I saw a customer complain about this on Facebook, Beauty From Bees response was that Meta won’t let them take the ADs down. I am in marketing and this is NOT true. I chimed in and provided instructions and my comment was deleted.

So first the positives -- provides really superior hydration. I live in the desert and it's great to find something that keeps my skin in good condition without having to constantly reapply. I have some areas that I have always had a hard time keeping from getting dry and rough no matter how much lotion I'd use, but now I'm seeing a noticeable improvement. Plus I'm a senior citizen and I have noticed it's smoothed my crepy skin. Really the best condition my skin has been in a long time. The product has a very light scent and feels really luxurious going on.

Now the not so positive -- it doesn't absorb very quickly. It stays sticky for a long time. I've followed their advice by applying to wet skin, which also does help me use a little less, but once the water evaporates it leaves behind a sticky sort of residue that I spend a lot of time trying to rub in so it doesn't come off on my clothes. So I can't use it every day because I don't have time every day to spend an hour walking around my house in the nude. I have to reserve it for those times when I'm not in a hurry and after a while put on some light cotton lounge wear that I don't mind getting some oil on.

Fortunately the hydration lasts more than a day, and besides the downside of the sticky residue, it's a really good product that I will continue to use.

I've been searching for a skincare line that truly works, and Beauty from Bees face line has exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I started using their products, my skin has never looked or felt better. My all time favorite is the Face Cleanse, it removed all traces of makeup and impurities, leaving my face felling revived and so clean. Another favorite is their Mascara, all day wear with no flaking!! I can't wait to try more products.

Bought and tried their Grapefruit + Peppermint body serum. At first I thought it was a little oily feeling but then I contacted them and their advice was to apply it after showering but before towel drying. What a difference! I love the stuff, it leaves my skin feeling moisturized, fresh and - dare I say - silky! Strangely, being a man, I found that the directions they gave me were already written on the bottle! Read the directions dudes! My towel doesn't pick up any of the serum, the bathroom smells great and my wife loves using the serum as well. I highly recommend it.

Not a paid, not an incentivized review! I’m obsessed! I got their body serum and it is so lovely, it makes my 43 year old skin soft and supple, and I love that I can feel good about putting it on my skin. I went ahead and ordered a giant bottle during their Black Friday sale! The first time I used it, my 6 year old asked me what smells so good! And I love the ingredients so much I feel good about putting it on him and my 8 year old too! I’m very sensitive to synthetic fragrances—like even the slightest fragrance on makeup will make me feel nauseated—but I can absolutely tolerate and even love the peppermint grapefruit, which shows me that it is indeed from pure essential oils. 10/10 will use it forever.

Not as advertised. I purchased the Body Creme as the description indicated it was non-greasy and absorbed quickly. I used a nominal amount on my hands and was shocked at how heavy and greasy the product was. After waiting a few hours, it still had not absorbed into my skin and was still very greasy. I ended up washing it off. I do not recommend this product.
UPDATE: After reading the company accusatory response, I must point out that the product was applied sparingly, hence the word 'NOMINAL' in my review. To put a product's failing back on the client is very poor customer service.

My whole family loves these products!! They work wonders honestly. You have to use them the right way. Like body serum is liquid gold when used on wet skin in the shower. Stuff is like mega vitamins for your skin, just makes it healthier and healthier. Not sure what kind of voodoo it is but wow. I rub it on my heels too and never have to file any callused skin anymore.

The spot treatment was an unexpected surprise. Little pimple for or the kids - gone like magic! So good

I was looking for a product free of chemicals and was excited to try this. I bought the overpriced body wash and got the serum for free. The body wash is fine, very watery so I feel that a lot gets wasted. The serum is terrible. It sits on the top of your skin and eventually just wipes off. It has actually dried out my hands. So disappointing I was really hoping to find a natural product.

I love the serum so was very excited to recommend my employer open a wholesale account. The customer service has not been good at all. After we ordered several different make up products to try, I was unhappy with a few. When I placed the order they said satisfaction, 100% guaranteed or your money back. When I tried to return a few products, they said they don’t do refunds on wholesale. One of my items was missing and they won’t send it. Just not a good experience. I have dealt with lots of skin care companies and I just don’t recommend them as a wholesaler…very disappointed. It’s too bad because I think the serum would’ve sold really well in our clinic, but I just don’t like dealing with him.

After I let them know I will not be reordering and will leave a review of my experience, they have tried to call. I appreciate that but At this point, after many emails and no results, we’ve decided to just move forward with something different. Without the option of returning a product if our customers are not satisfied, it just won’t work with our customer care. Not everyone is a good fit.

I like the body serum very much. So far, that’s the only product I’ve ordered, but it’s been easy on my sensitive 60-something skin. Smells wonderful, I apply it just after my shower but before toweling, as suggested. My skin looks and feels great.

It took some time for the benefits to become noticeable, but my skin has never been better. I struggle with eczema, and this is the first product I have found that truly helps! Now, everything in my shower is from Beauty from Bees. I absolutely love the shampoo, conditioner, body serum, and bubble bath! I cannot live without these wonderful products. Knowing that my kids are using non-toxic products is worth every penny.

Had to leave another review because this Sweet Vanilla room spray is a MUST HAVE! Can’t wait to try the other fragrances. 🥰

The mascara is fantastic ! I have really sensitive eyes and can’t use just anything on them before they become watery and irritated . First time trying the mascara and I was hooked ! No irritation at all ! There dry shampoo is also another favourite of mine, absorbs the oil from the hair without weighing it down or feeling gritty with product !

Everything I have ever tried from this brand is nothing short of amazing! I got hooked after trying the baby line - the minimal ingredients all from nature and beaituful scents. Since then I’m a frequent purchaser of the women’s skin and body care. I love what they stand for, how great the products work for me, how fast they ship and how responsive/helpful their customer service team is.
Recently got hooked on the diffuser blends because the scents are too good, and I trust what goes into every product! Do yourself a favour and buy the baby wash and serum for anyone you know that is expecting. Then treat yourself to the women’s body serum (classic lavender vanilla is my fave, but orange is yummy too) vitamin c face wash and the shampoo/conditioner (my hair has never felt better)
