Update: I got a response and a refund. I would have been happier if I had been kept informed of progress earlier. But am satisfied.

Excellent service
I ordered some discontinued eye shadow for my wife. The order was placed on Monday and it arrived on Saturday. My wife is so over the moon, that I've just ordered 4 more, so as to bank some brownie points with her.

Excellent prices, great service....
I ordered a selection of Sigma make up brushes and they shipped really quickly. Beauty Goddess had very good prices, and the packaging of the order was sensible, not a crazy huge box but the brushes were still nicely protected. Along with the order were included some free face masks which are full size.
When I originally placed my order, my first order discount code wasn't registering, however when I emailed customer services they were very quick to respond, and refunded the discount straight away.
I'd definitely purchase from them again and would not hesitate in recommending them, extremely good service.

Not up front about postage costs
Advertised postage costs as £3.95 and then charged £4.95. I know it’s only £1.00. However, when queried it, they replied that charges are subject to change. If that is the case, they should amend the website first or honour the advertised postage costs. In principle, I will not order from them again.

Watch out for extra charges
I didn't like the fact that the 'protect' service was added automatically at the checkout (I had no idea until the order had been processed), and was frustrated that an item listed as pre order - suggesting it was either a new product or at least that new stock was expected - was cancelled a day after my order was placed as the item is no longer being made. The second item I ordered did arrive very quickly and was packaged to prevent damage in transit. Unfortunately the issues with ordering and extra charges make me cautious to order from this outlet again
