I never got any updates on orders after emailing twice for a week, order didn't get despatched.i did finally get a response I have to say you said you sent out a second order and I may get two orders, however in reality I firmly you didn't send out the first order anyway. Not impressed by with the order the highlight is very dried up and gloomy in the bottle so I'm thinking old stock hence why heavily reduced
Excellent service. I emailed them as I hadn't received my order. They kindly refunded my delivery charge and the product arrived the next day. Product was lovely. Would definitely recommend this company.

The lashes I ordered were sold out everywhere else so I was happy to see them in stock on Beauty Gold's website. However, I haven't previously ordered from them before and am always a little bit skeptical about new websites. But there was nothing to worry about as the lashes arrived quickly and are exactly what I ordered.
