Worst delivery system in the world. International customers should not purchase from this company. They are over priced and late deliveries.

I wish they had a local store warehouse to purchase from.

Very satisfied with purchase and ease of ordering. My order was processed and shipped quickly. The customer service was excellent during the live chat. All my questions were answered. I will have future orders. Thank you.

So far, beautyjoint pricing is competitive, but would prefer free shipping as an added bonus to be 5 stars!

Worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered on 20/10/2017 which didn't reach me and pretty sure it won't be. It was $100 but all they did is to offer me the STORE CREDIT (because I purchased insurance) which means insurance and shipping costs are excluded whenever one tries to use that store credit. It was my first purchase with them and I'll never ever be returning.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered from this company through the Walmart.com marketplace. I received an email that the item shipped. I never received the item and the USPS tracking # was fake. I attempted to contact them directly via email. No response. Walmart attempted to contact them directly. No response.

The prices are alright, but they don't stand behind their products at all and there's no way to get your money back. I'm almost positive they mail out old/damaged products knowingly, as I've received melted/damaged products that are way beyond what could have happened during shipping alone (orders of multiple identical lipsticks where one out of three are melted and heat during shipping should have affected them all, pressed powders ground to literal dust in their packaging, not just cracked, etc). If you complain enough, you can get store credit, but that's all. I'm honestly done with this site. I'll pay the extra couple dollars and shop somewhere else that doesn't send me damaged products and actually refunds my purchase when there's a problem.

I placed an order on 6/13 and received my order 6/17. Really fast shipping, but I live in the same state they're based in so it might've just been fast for me. The prices were average, nothing came damaged, and customer service was fine. I contacted asking why I was charged for shipping because I hit the $25 minimum and met all other requirements, and they responded promptly with an updated policy stating that only certain items qualify. So one star is removed for the misleading free shipping policy. At the time it didn't say that it needed to say "FS" in the item code for it to qualify for free shipping and it turns out only one of my items qualified, but the page was updated after the interaction. And the shipping didn't cost much anyways, just $3 something, for a $25+ order.

Every time I order something powdery (blushes, powders, contour etc), they come broken. Let me just say this: I order stuff several times a week from other websites and things NEVER come broken, only with Beautyjoint. I can't even get a new product, they only offer "store credit", which is the most ridiculous thing. I order products from them because I can't get them anywhere else, then they arrive broken and all i get is some stupid points for my next purchase - I am done buying from their website.

Not sure where the low reviews come from, as my experience has been great. I ordered about 10 Jordana lipsticks a few weeks ago (not sold in the UK) and received them within less than 2 weeks of ordering (it might have been even quicker but I didn't check the exact delivery date). I didn't get hit with any customs fees - might just have been lucky! Excellent prices and good quality, genuine products. I will definitely order from them again!

I would rate this a zero if I could. These people ripped me off. They list items as a quantity of (2) and then say it was really 1 item, that the (2) is some kind of reference code. When I ordered the two lipsticks I really double checked where the (2) was and I've been in business for a long time and it was deliberate and totally misleading. These people are not honest. You could get burned dealing with them on any level.

Ordered something from Beauty Joint in Los Angeles and would definitely shop from them again. They actually care about their customers which is extremely rare these days. Not only was their customer service top notch but Ingrid actually followed up with me a few days later. So happy to have found them.

Products NEVER came (2-3 months late when informed 2 - 4 weeks)! Company enjoys hiding behind their own policy of no refunds for any lost packages. Had to use Paypal Buyer Protection to force them to give me my refund for the lost/unsent package.

I'm one of those people who reads reviews online about websites before I order from them for the first time. This site has obviously made a ton of people upset/angry, but there were so many things I wanted, I decided to give it a try. I put in an order and I was shocked to see that it came within days. It might help that I live in the next state over, but still! They refunded me for the one nail polish that they didn't have in stock, and they let me know about it. They wrapped up all of the nail polishes that I bought neatly to ensure they wouldn't be broken during shipping. I was very happy with my purchase from them that I'll probably order from them again.
I feel safer ordering from them knowing that I can go through PayPal. I would definitely recommend this website to anybody looking for top brand of nail polishes for cheaper prices. Like Essie - $3 a bottle. China Glaze is only $2.50 a bottle, and etc!
