Worst experience ever and never purchase from this website

Worst experience ever. Never purchase from this website. First have a check on to how many quantity of product is been ordered and then deliver it. Even after been told about this issue, no proper response was given. I ordered two necklace worth ₹415 and just received one. Even after the full payment was done, I din't receive the 2nd product. Today 2nd product came, but they asked to make payment worth ₹499 and when I disagreed, they cancelled the product. Do know how to manage in handing over the product to customer in right quantity.
