At first, my order took a lot longer to come than expected- almost a week. So I got in contact with the company, and they were beyond amazing ! Both communication and personal attention was better than any company I’ve experienced before, the company were respectful and took into consideration my feelings as a customer. Turns out, that the post office were having major problems due to Covid so it wasn’t even their fault, however after finding this out, they didn’t leave it at that, they helped to communicate with me every day and gave me updates on my parcel. Such friendly people and amazing products ! Will Defo get all mg hair products from here again!

The detangling brush is also my fave, really helps to make life easier on wash days! I'll definitely be buying more products from the site!

The best!
Amazing customer service with a range of products to choose from! The delivery process was simple and it made my life so much easier ordering online than going into a hair shop, as the ones in my area are overpriced and we’re in a pandemic! Will definitely be ordering from here again!
