Ordered weeks ago & still have not received my order. No communication at all. Ready to cancel -

I ordered my products January 23 of this year. My credit card was charged on the 24th of January. Here it is… February 21 and I STILL have not received my products!!! I have called and left messages several times. No one answers the phone and no one calls back! I have reported this company! Do NOT order from them!

I never received the item I ordered.

Wonderful products and prices. Orders are received quickly.

Normally very quick shipping, but so far my order has been "awaiting fulfillment" for almost a month. I called them after about a week of not seeing any progress, and they told me that they were moving and shipping would be delayed by two weeks. When I ordered, there was no mention of these delays on their website (unless you happen to dig into the shipping policy link buried way down at the bottom of the page, but honestly who does that in the normal course of placing an order, especially with a company that you've done business with many times over the years). As of now, that additional two week window has come and gone with still no update to my order. But, at least they now have a banner notification on the website mentioning the delays. Who knows if/when this order will actually ship. I've had to order from another source in the meantime. Maybe I'll have to find a more reliable source for future orders also.

Ordered product on January 13th haven't received it to date(February 16th). I called the company number 2x on different days and only get voice-mail. I leave a message both times and no one returns your calls. This is my 1st time ordering from this company and for sure my last!!! I would like a refund please at this point.

Ordered two items. Charged for two items. Only received one item.

I never received my product. No return calls and only voicemail. No live person. Do not trust them.

If the product is not available at the time, the supplier should have notified the customer of the delay before complaining and requesting a delay update.
This is my second complain about the shipping delay. I canceled the order for refund. The refund process takes forever and yet waiting for refund

I was shipped the wrong product! My order has been on backorder for 2 weeks with no updates from their customer service dept. They used to have an amazing customer service not sure what has happened as of recent

It took over 20 days to even get my product!!!! Never again.

I ordered a product and received no confirmation email and the product never arrived, it’s been 3 weeks so far and still nothing. Disappointing
