This was my first experience and was absolutely great!! I had questions and I actually got a phone call back and follow up email with links to products which made my choice so easy. Alex was amazing!

I ordered some clippers and the product quality was excellent. The cost of the item was an excellent deal. The shipping could have been a disaster as there was a change in my plans, and I needed it rerouted to a different address, however the customer service with Alex was fantastic and fast. The package was successfully rerouted and delivered. Thanks again!

I made my first online purchase at BeautyWellness.ca late at night. Obviously I didn’t enter my shipping address correctly. I contacted the customer service right the way and received reply the next business day. A day later, I got my package. I am really satisfied with the customer service and the level of care. Highly recommended.

Had such a great experience buying the first time that I ended up making a 2nd purchase. Both orders arrived within a few days. Reached out to customer service via email regarding what I thought was delayed delivery of the 2nd product but was not. Response was prompt and professional. Would not hesitate to buy again or recommend. Also, pricing was better than I could find anywhere else

I could not of been happier with the service and product. I was running into a few issues when purchasing on line ( my fault ) and when I called them direct Alex was nothing but helpful. Walked me through the purchase , checked me out, and even shot me a email message to let me know it was delivered. He knew I was in a bit of a time frame panic as I was buying for my wife birthday. Thanks again for everything. Shipping was also very quick.

I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical when I saw this company come up on Google when I searched for an Andis Trimmer, but I'm so glad that it did. After speaking with Alex on their chat platform, he answered all my questions and I felt comfortable enough to place an order. The trimmer received was exactly what I wanted, was a great price and I'd recommend Beauty Wellness to anyone looking to purchase these types of items. Thanks Alex for your help!
