Jan 6th I made an order of a product marked as in stock. Jan 15th I got communication that delivery might be delayed "slightly". Till now no further news. For me this misleading information and lack of clarity around waiting time is not ok. Especially when I see the high amount of negative reviews posted here in the recent days. I will update my review once I get further information from the company.
Jan 25th I finally received my package. After me posting the review on this website the issue got resolved quite quickly.

I am very angry! I placed an order on December 30 and am already waiting 2 weeks, although it is written that delivery will take place within 3-4 days!!! It is impossible to contact the store; emails are answered by a robot. I am very worried because the order was made for a considerable amount. If they do take action, I will write an update. The most frightening thing is that it looks like a scam

Be aware of this company - my order was placed over a month ago and nothing has been shipped so far. No answer to my emails, no updates...

It's almost 3 weeks since orders made and still there's no update on delivery. Despite 1 email received about high order volume recently and may delay, no further update has been made...e.g. follow up status, time still need to wait, if it's out of stock. If it's really so, the company should take the initiative to contact me and refund!!!

I ordered a perfume by mistake and i send it back to DHL i paid money for DHL for returning the order, and the shop refused to take the perfume back, and they haven't returned any of my money yet. It is. A scam website never order from it they dont even answer any email!

Ordered 2 perfumes at 24-11 and almost two weeks later they still even havent shipped it yet. I understand its a little more busy around black friday but 2 weeks... No excuses. Last order i also had to wait 3 weeks until they cancelled my order. Very bad shopping site

I purchased an expensive Initio Side Effect Parfum on their site on 19th of November. Its more than 10 days and the article is still not dispatched. Tried to contact them. They replied once that delivery is slightly delayed but they did not give any timeframe when I will get it. After that I am trying to contact them through contact Form and phone (phone nobody answers) but no answer therafter. Seems they have pretty bad customer service. And above all they have really big delivery issues as I could see from other reviews as well. So this is my first and last order from this site.

Please send my order asap.

Update 06.12.23 : They informed me that perfume would be available in Calander week 50 and I need to wait. And without my consent and opinion the order was cancelled.

Bought an article, it never arrived. Waited 3 weeks and then when I contact them they just tell me they will delete my order because they won't be able to deliver any time soon.
