Always a positive experience
I always have a positive experience with Beauty works! I have 100% confidence in them. Just recently, I had purchased a set of extensions that were too dark (even though I have a LOT of the hair samples) they just weren't the right shade. I got in touch with customer services and between Grace, Jade and Safiya I was refunded and a new set sent out very quickly! Absolutely brilliant customer service from start to finish. Safiya in particular helped me pick the right shade via WhatsApp chat and I even got a full sized free product thrown in! Happy customer right here : )

Never received order
Ordered from Beauty Works and the parcel never turned up. Instead of sorting it out, they expected me to do all the chasing and legwork just to get my own money back — no urgency, no accountability, terrible customer service throughout.
In the end I had to raise a chargeback with my credit card provider. That was resolved in under 10 minutes. Says everything about how much easier it is to deal with a bank than with Beauty Works' own support team.
Won't be ordering from them again. If your parcel goes missing, don't expect any help — go straight to your card provider.
