Great customer service from a lovely girl at Glasgow Fort, showed me several options of what I was looking for in my price range

My visit was to repair a chain that my mother has had for over 40 years. It has very sentimental value as it holds a holy medal and has been blessed.
The staff member who helped me was very helpful, professional, friendly and was able to fix the chain.
I cannot thank her enough as it meant so much to us.

Anytime we go in the store the girls are very helpful at the Glasgow Fort.

I was greeted in the store by a friendly member of staff, even with my dog being there. I was invited to have a seat and even offered a tea or a coffee. Very friendly and professional.

Great customer service throughout and weekly contact from the team to keep me updated on the progress of my sons new watch, he was delighted with it when he got it 😀

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received from Beaverbrooks. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome and genuinely looked after.

The sales executive who assisted me was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

It’s rare these days to receive this level of personal service, and it really made the whole experience enjoyable. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

A real credit to Beaverbrooks. Excellent customer service from start to finish and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

The service was very good and professional Marina was very nice and obliging.

The excitement of buying my 3rd Tag watch was sadly dented by the member of staff at Glasgow Fort. She seemed disappointed that I had purchased the watch online, stating that the store would therefore not get the "credit" for this sale. Would definitely put me off returning to this store.

A great range of jewellery and got exactly what we were looking for. The staff were lovely, super friendly and professional. I particularly love buying things here because the staff are not pushy or forceful in any way, they listen to exactly what is wanted and provide a great service. We’ve bought many pieces here over the years including engagement ring, wedding rings and other pieces. Highly recommend.
