Do not use these guys, they are scammers
If you have already then I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU ALL to contact trading standards and the financial ombudsman to get your money back because these guys will send you rubbish and refuse to refund or reply in writing to any issues. You only have to check out the negative reviews on Trust Pilot

I’ve had my bank get my money back from this company. Order was placed in November and fuel never arrived. The company at first responded to emails and phone calls, but just before Christmas the emails went unanswered and the phone permanently to answering machine.
I’m assuming they’ve gone bust but have left a lot of customers very unhappy, going by the angry reviews. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Stay well clear of these crooks. Ordered in October 21. Received an email December stating order couldn't be fulfilled and a full refund would be giving. NO REFUND.
Called several times no answer and no reply to my email.
In the hands of PayPal now.
Do not use this company.

Crooks! Made an order, were told they had no stock and would receive a refund. No refund and can't contact company. Told to send an email but no response. From the numerous 1 star ratings I am not the first to experience this problem. CROOKS!

I have ordered logs on the 16th of November 2021 and have not received the order. I tried to call their phone number but the message says that the employees work from home and I should email them, which I have done multiple times. I still have not received an answer, nor the wood not a refund and its been nearly 2 months since I placed the order. This company may be a scam!

A fundamentally terrible experience from a badly run and uncommunicative company. They sent us some bags of cheap wood which you can get cheaper from b&q and is nothing like what they advertised we would be receiving. They ignored all chase emails about where the wood was then a few months later it randomly arrived, we got left with a chet pallet and a product which was nothing like we ordered.

They have subsequently ignored all attempts to get a remedy including promising refunds which never arrived despite multiple calls. They have now disappeared on holiday after their working from home routine took them off the phones. They also ignore all emails….

If like us you are struggling to get beaverwood to remedy the fact that they are misselling firewood and not delivering what they said they would, then finding that they won’t communicate on anything then consider going to get a county court judgement to get your money back. Nothing else seems to get this outfit out of bed.

I placed my order in early December and expected delivery in 5 working days, which would mean delivery should have been in the second week of December. I have not yet received the product I ordered. I have emailed the company several times and called their customer services. I have not had a response. I’m really disappointed at their customer service and the fact that I have not received my order.

SCAM - DO NOT USE.
I can see from other reviews on here that other people are having the same problem as me.
I ordered some logs in October and was told in November that they could not fulfil the order and would refund me.
I have been chasing the refund for a month and each time I phoned I was told they would get back to me by the end of the day which they did not. I am now chasing the refund through Paypal.
I think the company are hiding behind covid regulations as they have now shut their phone lines.

Ordered some heat logs but they never arrived. I received an email after a few days saying the order had been cancelled and my money refunded. No explanation as to why it was cancelled. Unfortunately I didn't get my money back either, all £227.01 of it! Despite numerous phone calls where each time I got fobbed off with the same excuse of waiting for the director to check his bank account I still don't have my money. As I write this I am on the phone to my banks fraud department who are now trying to get my money back for me. BE WARNED, THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO ME TO BE A SCAM. I'd give no stars if I could!
UPDATE.
Beaver Wood still haven't refunded my £227.01 but luckily my banks fraud department have refunded it. BE WARNED!

Ordered logs in September - they arrived about a month later which I didn't mind given general haulage isues - the delivery was entirely Alder wood which is very light and burns too quickly - the order was for mixed hardwood. I have tired emailing on a number of accassions in an attempt to resolve the matter but no response . I always try to resolve issues amicably but feel I should warn others based on non response from company.

I would not give any stars at all, truly appauled at the lack of level of service & non communication, I ordered the double bundle of wood @ £350, advised 3 days delivery, a few days later no delivery, I then chased this up only to be told they run out of stock 2 weeks prior, and wound not be important any more wood this year

No apologies, only excuses, but the most annoying part that truly burns my backside is that I have to beg & grovel for my refund, I have now contacted PayPal requesting a refund

I wonder how the directors & staff would feel, if they were in this same situation, begging, groveling for a refund, would this be acceptable, I honestly think not

Three weeks after ordering, the consignment apparently lost by couriers. Promised replacement, but another three weeks later still nothing. Called for update and promised a return call, but an hour later get an email saying the order is cancelled due to supply issues. They say I'll get a refund in the next few days, but cancellation is a massive nuisance now it's getting cold.
Absolutely rubbish service.

painless shopping experience, decent price, quality firewood

Cancelled order having taken money.
Now after a month I need to find an alternative supplier.
Not good.

Ordered some logs on 15th October never arrived called them on the 1st November they sent out a second pack it’s the 12th November still not delivered anything it a rubbish company don’t order anything it’s rubbish

My order didn’t arrive on time. I did gat an email apologising but tried to cancel my order via email but had no response and tried to call them and the phone number was unavailable. Very poor service in my experience.

Delivery never turned up twice and ended being 3 weeks late. Only positive was the lady on the phone, tried her best to help and phoned me back etc.

Good service early days to assess wood quality but all seems pretty good
