Absolute scam. Came with no instructions then when I contacted them they informed me I needed to buy an adaptor and pump. Upon receiving that news I asked for a refund as that was not made clear upon purchasing. Twice I have emailed and now have radio silence. Don’t waste your time.

Not sure it even deserves one star. Must be a scam. The product is useless, almost impossible to blow up. Ridiculously flimsy. I ordered three as gifts, two for my Kids and one for a friend. Luckily we attempted to blow up and use my kids bebble bubbles, before gifting the third. One of them even had a split in it before we even started. Funnily enough the website seems to be constantly unavailable. No way to contact them to ask for a refund. A complete waste of money.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Terrible item plus even worse customer service!

Absolute scam. Took weeks to arrive and when it finally came, it was in a cheap clear plastic bag with no instructions. Now in bin.

Update: I've been trying to get a refund from the company, they want me to pay to send it back to France!

I ordered a ball and pump on 30/6 this company has taken two lots of £31.98 out of my account. I have emailed to say I want a full refund of £63.96. It is too late for my grandsons birthday now so it is no use to me.I have reported this company.

First bubble burst after one use. I paid £8.99 for postage for a replacement. The second got another hole after half an hour of use.

Poor quality, we did not over inflate it and it burst just playing catch for 15 minutes. Terrible customer service, they wanted me to pay £9.99 delivery for a replacement! I don’t think their verified reviews are genuine. AVOID. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I could.

I ordered a pink bebble bubble and 5 minutes after blowing it up it split at the seam and deflated. I contacted the company who offered me a 15% money back or a new one but only if I paid the £8.99 postage (the post office weighed the bubble for me and said it would cost £3.50 postage). Before the pink one bust I had already ordered a blue version for my grandson. This arrived and it too had a manufacture fault and when we blew this one up it too deflated straight away.
My advise - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT (and DO NOT FILL IT WITH WATER FOR USE INSIDE), until the fault has been sorted. The company has missed a trick as this could be a fabulous toy.

Terrible product and yet all the reviews on the site are possitive? No negative ones shown? Burst after 3 days use inside only on carpet. Material is not as strong as suggested. Was offered a replacement but would have to pay nearly half the price again so not prepared to spend more money. They are fun but don’t expect it too last unless ours is faulty.

The only reason I’m rating 1 star is because of the polite customer service experience.

Similar situation to some of the other reviews. Unfortunately, no one had posted before I ordered my Bebble Bubble otherwise I’d have avoided it. Took 2 weeks for the product to ship from China. When it arrived, the packaging was basic, but the product looked ok & simple enough. We waited until last weekend to pump up, as the weather hadn’t been great until now. After adding approx. 5L of water, we noticed a small hole. All of a sudden, the bubble burst!!! I contacted customer support, & per the comments below, there was a lot of to’ing & fro’ing asking for pictures, then offering a replacement for £8.95, then 25% refund, then 50% refund. I threatened with raising a case to PayPal & insisted on a complete refund, which they eventually processed. I will definitely not be using this company again.

Took over 2 weeks to receive. I ordered 3 for my grandchildren. When they finally arrived there was no instructions at all on how to inflate them . Just a small white stick in the packaging. No instructions on their website either. Wasted my money.

I actually feel like i was scammed. Ordered three, one for our kids and two as gifts. I could get past the plastic bag packaging (with no included instructions) if it was a good product. It was difficult to inflate the first one and it was deflated by the next morning. Also surprising that you have to ship it back to France for a refund. DO NOT buy this product. They have cheaper brands that you can get in a toy store for half the price as well.

Dreadful product and feel angry for being duped. We now have a very disappointed child as it burst within the first few minutes of being inflated- not fully inflated either. Huge hole. I was offered to have replaced but pay another £8.99 for shipping. Then a 25% refund. This is a faulty product and should be fully refunded in line with their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I hope trading standards investigate.

Awful, indestructible I think not, bought two, one for each child both burst withing 20 minutes. I feel stupid I should have known better. They look so much fun, they only gave my kids 20 mins excitement and the rest of the day they spent sulking that it had burst.

Would rate zero if I could. Bought 3 for the price of two as a special offer. Saw videos on their website of children jumping on them, rough playing, filled with water, bouncing on a trampoline and thought they looked great. "Virtually indestructible" they say. "Absolute bullshirt" I say.
Day 1. Inflated first bubble. 6 year old has great fun playing with it on his trampoline.
Day 2. Bubble is egg shaped now and deflated... Reinflate... 2 hours later it has popped.
Day 3. Inflate 2nd bubble. 6 year old has great fun playing with it on his trampoline.
Day 4. Bubble is now egg shaped and deflated. (See a pattern here?)
Day 5. Email customer service to request a refund.
Day 6. Recieve response offering replacement once I've paid £8.95 per bubble handling fees. Replied that this is unsatisfactory as the product appears faulty.
Day 7. Recieve offer of 25% refund after photo evidence of burst bubbles is sent. Replied that this is unsatisfactory and frankly offensive, as the product appears to be faulty and not as described in their website.
Day 8. Recieve 'Exclusive' 50% refund offer once photographic evidence of burst bubbles is received.
Day 9. Opens PayPal case.

Do NOT buy from this company. Their website seems legitimate but their products are not. They arrive broken and not fit for purpose. They will be perfectly polite via email but will NOT address the problem.
It is a SCAM site and we are taking out legal proceedings to expose them. I have NEVER written a review before bit want to worn others

Bebble bubble. Cheap and inferior product. Arrived in a plastic bag with no instructions. After emailing for instructions finally managed to inflate, only for it to have a hole. Found my daughter still playing with it deflated shortly after. Website says ‘impossible to burst’ and ‘virtually indestructible’. Total scam. Website looks very legit, don’t be fooled.
