Heel slechte ervaring

Heel slechte ervaring. Op site staat dat ik gelijk volgende dag binnen draagdoek krijgt, ik heb 2 weken lang gewacht. Toen ik binnen kreeg wou ik retourneren, ik moest 12,50€ zelf retour betalen! Heel slechte service van ze. Ik zou deze draagdoek gewoon bij Temu bestelen, ze zijn absoluut het zelfde!

Op de website staat nergens dat je ze dezelfde dag zal ontvangen, het heeft er ook nooit gestaan. U heeft 2 weken gewacht omdat we bezig waren met productie die wat vertraging opliep, zoals geinformeerd. Op Temu kunt u gerust de Modal draagdoeken bestellen waar uw kind uit kan gleiden, wat niet het geval is met onze katoenen draagdoeken. Onze service heeft u constant bij gestaan, maar sommige klanten kunnen gewoon niet tevreden gesteld worden. Wij zijn altijd open om onze klanten te helpen of in te staan voor de kosten voor retour, ook al is onze policy anders. Enkel voor u maken we de uitzondering, respect kan u soms ver brengen. :)

I LOVE IT!

Ik zag online de zeer aantrekkelijke advertentie van de BEBELILLA draagdoek, en heb hem besteld. De volgende middag werd hij al netjes geleverd! :) Wat een ontzettend geweldig ding is dit?! Als ik dit eerder had ontdekt zouden de afgelopen 14maanden veel vlotter verlopen zijn haha :) Mijn zoontje vind dit helemaal geweldig en ik heb mijn kleine schat dichtbij me terwijl ik mijn handen vrij heb om mijn moederplicht te doen.. ZALIG! Bedankt BEBELILLA team voor dit topproduct en voor de snelle service!

Super fijne draagdoek

Super fijne draagdoek. Veel gebruikt toen ik met de kleine ook in het ziekenhuis was. Ze ligt er erg fijn in. En hij is super makkelijk met aan uit doen. En super leuke kleuren ook.
